Disneyland 90s Nite 2025 – Food, Dates & Details, Entertainment

For one of the Disneyland After Dark event themes this year, Disney is bringing back a popular offering from 2019. 90s Nite is a celebration of Disney throughout the decade that will be taking place this spring!

90s Nite will feature rare characters, entertainment, special foods and merchandise, and more, all centered around the nostalgia of the decade. Below, we will detail everything you need to know about the 2025 90s Nite, plus what the previous event's offerings included.

NEW Foods and Popcorn Bucket Announced for 90s Nite

Ahead of the parties, Disneyland has announced some new offerings that guests attending 90s Nite can enjoy. Note that this event is sold out.

• Powerline Max Bucket at various locations throughout the park. It will be available at the event start time no earlier than 9 pm Pacific Time. This will initially only be available at the 90s Nite event, but it will be generally available later this spring at Disneyland! See more details on the current Disneyland popcorn buckets.

• Fried Apple Pie Sundae at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor: Fried apple pie, vanilla ice cream, spiced caramel and whipped cream

• After School Fruit Punch at Little Red Wagon: Apple juice with pineapple and cherry flavors served with a themed glow cube (Non-alcoholic)

• Lemon-Lime Punch at Galactic Grill and Red Rose Taverne: POWERADE and Sprite with a creamy mango topper (Non-alcoholic)

• Chicken-Bacon Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread at Edelweiss Snacks and Maurice’s Treats: Chicken and bacon-stuffed cheesy pretzel bread

• Loaded Taco Fries at Galactic Grill: Crinkle-cut fries topped with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, spiced cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and sour cream drizzle

• Chicken and Funnel Cake at Stage Door Café: Funnel cake, chicken tenders, and whipped syrup with powdered sugar and whipped cream

• Crunchy Taco at River Belle Terrace: Ground beef and jalapeño-cheese sauce over crispy tortilla chips with pico de gallo

• Orange-glazed Chicken Bowl at Bengal Barbecue: Garlic fried rice, scallions, and orange sauce

• Monte Cristo Pizza at Cafe Orleans: Puff pastry with house-made blueberry thyme jam, rosemary ham, turkey breast, gruyère, brie and Swiss (Reservations recommended as walk-ins will be limited)

The Disneyland After Dark parties are separately ticketed after-hours events that allow you to enjoy a mix-in during regular park hours, special entertainment, themed foods and beverages, access to shorter wait times for some attractions, and unlimited PhotoPass digital downloads from the event.

Disneyland After Dark 90s Nite will take place on March 4 and 6, 2025 from 9pm-1am, with mix-in hours before the event starting at 6pm. Ticket prices are $149 per guest ages 3+ for both dates of the event.

Disney shared that 90s Nite at Disneyland in 2025 will feature dance parties, sing-along, and more in celebration of Disney films, music, and pop culture from the '90s. The event will feature “90s on Parade,” which will have nods to past parades, such as “The Lion King Celebration” and “Mulan Parade.”

Here are the descriptions that Disney has shared so far about the entertainment and characters that will be available during 90s Nite:

• Get into the groove of your favorite 90s tunes with this high-energy dance party hosted by a DJ—taking place at Rivers of America!
• Jump into Disneyland nostalgia as we highlight some of our favorite parades of the 90s along the Disneyland Parade Route.
• Dance the night away on Tomorrowland Terrace and get “jiggy” featuring Max, dressed for a Powerline concert, and Goofy in this exclusive 90s dance party!
• Get nostalgic at the Golden Horseshoe and sing along to your favorite 90s tunes.
• See Disney Characters from Disney Afternoon and some of your favorite 90s Disney movies.

Past 90s Nite Event Offerings

Bridget, a member of our Mickey Visit team, attended this event when it debuted in 2019 and commented that both 90s and 80s Nite were the best series of After Dark events, a sentiment that is echoed by many other fans. She said that the costumes, characters, and food were really spectacular. These parties were also near the beginning of the After Dark series, so everyone was excited about the idea of having a closed park and a private event.

People have been hoping for the decade series to return, and it was assumed that the 70s Nite was next on the list if it wasn't for the pandemic.

For 90s Nite in 2019, attendees were encouraged to dress in 90s attire and could experience these highlights during the event:

• Special ‘90s-themed fireworks show, throwback musical entertainment and more.
• A re-imagined Disney Afternoon Avenue with special greetings from favorite Disney characters from the ‘90s and interactive photo opportunities.
• Decade-inspired food, beverages and merchandise.
• A commemorative fanny pack and unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads of your photos captured during the event.

A select number of pre-sale tickets went on sale to Magic Key holders before tickets became available to the general public.

A select number of pre-sale tickets for 90s Nite went on sale for Inspire Magic Key holders beginning December 10, 2024, and to all Magic Key holders beginning Dec. 11, 2024. Tickets went on sale to the general public beginning December 12, 2024. All tickets were on sale no earlier than 9 a.m. PT on Disneyland.com.
