The Walt Disney World mobile app on your phone is an essential tool during your park day. The Walt Disney World My Experience App is an essential resource for your Disney day. You can access important information and Disney tools that you will need for your park day, like Walt Disney World mobile ordering and Walt Disney World PhotoPass, make plans and reservations, and use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass service in the app.

Through the My Experience App, you can access important information for your park day, like entertainment showtimes, attraction wait times, scheduled character appearances, and park hours. You can also access an interactive map, which you can filter for the locations of rides, dining, entertainment, characters, PhotoPass spots, and more.

You can also access essential tools through the My Experience App, including your tickets that you will use to scan into the parks, mobile ordering for food to save time, and mobile merchandise checkout. One of the key aspects of the My Experience App is that this is where you'll purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass (Walt Disney World's line-skipping service) and book your return times to access the shorter “Lightning Lanes” to attractions. See our Lightning Lane Multi Pass tips and strategies for how to make the most of the service. The app is also where you can purchase Lightning Lane Single Pass for individual entry to the most highly demanded attractions, as well as Walt Disney World's premium line-skipping service called Lightning Lane Premier Pass.

You can also join Virtual Queues and access your Disney PhotoPass photos through the app. You can even make future plans through the app, like purchasing park tickets and making park and dining reservations. See our Walt Disney World PhotoPass tips for taking the best pictures.

The My Experience App is a key resource during your trip, and you can see everything you need to know about using it in our full guide here.
