EPCOT Resorts Bar Crawl

EPCOT

  • Resorts to Visit: Yacht Club Resort, Beach Club Resort, Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, BoardWalk Inn
  • Where to Start: Hollywood Studios or Disney Springs

The EPCOT Resorts bar crawl is arguably the most walkable and scenic. What makes this crawl so special is that all of the resorts surrounding Crescent Lake are connected by its waterfront promenade, meaning you can stroll from bar to bar without ever needing to hop on a bus or boat. If you’re staying at a Disney World hotel or are an annual passholder, start at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and take the short walk or FriendShip boat over to the Yacht Club Resort. Otherwise, park at Disney Springs for free and take the bus to any one of the following resorts.

Here’s how I would personally plan the EPCOT Resorts bar crawl:

Stop 1 – Ale & Compass Lounge (Yacht Club Resort)

Ale & Compass

Kick off the EPCOT crawl with a visit to the nautical-themed Ale & Compass Lounge inside the Yacht Club Resort.

The atmosphere here is cozy and refined, the kind of relaxed maritime charm that makes you feel like you’ve wandered into a New England sailing club. It’s a wonderful place to ease into the evening and set the tone for the crawl ahead.

Signature Drink: Start with the Spicy Pomegranate Margarita, a refreshing, fruity drink with a bite. It’s the kind of drink that makes you want to take your time just a little longer than planned.

Insider Tip: Ale & Compass Lounge is connected to the Ale & Compass restaurant, but the lounge itself is walk-up friendly with its own separate seating area. Note that the food here is only served from 5:00pm – 10:00pm.

Stop 2 – Crew’s Cup Lounge (Yacht Club Resort)

Crews Cup Lounge

Before you leave the Yacht Club, make sure to pop next door to Crew’s Cup Lounge, one of the most underrated bars on Disney property.

This intimate, pub-style lounge has the feel of a classic New England tavern. It’s the kind of bar that feels like a well-kept secret, even though it’s been hiding in plain sight for years.

Signature Drink: Order the Midnight Sail Espresso Martini, a classic espresso martini with a hint of cinnamon. It’s a great way to keep the energy up for the rest of your crawl.

Insider Tip: Crew’s Cup is one of the best walk-up bars on this entire crawl. It tends to be less crowded than some of the other stops on this list, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed. Like the Ale & Compass Lounge, food here is served from 5:00pm – 10:00pm. But if you time your visit just right, make sure to order the Yachtsman Signature Bread, the same bread service that’s given at Yachtsman Steakhouse, and one of the best bread services on Disney property.

Stop 3 – Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar (Beach Club Resort)

Stormalong Bay

Step outside and make your way along the Crescent Lake promenade to the Beach Club Resort for one of the most laid-back and charming stops on the entire crawl.

Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar is an open-air, poolside bar that perfectly captures the breezy, sun-soaked spirit of the Beach Club. The views of Crescent Lake from here are gorgeous, and the casual atmosphere is a refreshing change of pace.

Signature Drink: Go for the Pineapple Mule, a fruity, fun cocktail. It’s the perfect poolside refresher, especially on a warm Florida evening. Looking for a more adventurous drink? Try the Cold Fashioned, made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, a citrus-and-tea slushy, and Angostura Bitters.

Insider Tip: Hurricane Hanna’s is an outdoor bar, so keep an eye on the unpredictable afternoon weather. It’s also worth noting that this bar is located near the entrance to the pool at the Yacht and Beach Club, so don’t be surprised if it gets a little busy.

Stop 4 – DOLE Whip Cocktail at Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas (BoardWalk Inn)

Joe’s Marvelous Margarita Bar

From the Beach Club, take a short walk over to the BoardWalk Inn for a very underrated and lesser-known stop.

Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas serves up a grown-up twist on one of Disney’s most iconic treats: a DOLE Whip cocktail that combines the beloved pineapple soft serve with a generous splash of rum or tequila. It’s fun, it’s delicious, and it’s one of those cocktails you can only get at Disney.

Signature Drink: The Captain’s Seaside Sensation is the only order here. Made with Captain Morgan Rum, this DOLE Whip Pineapple Smoothie is a great follow-up cocktail after coming from Hurricane Hanna’s. It’s a winner, especially in the Florida sun.

Insider Tip: Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas is a smaller, lower-key stop compared to some of the other bars on this crawl, which makes it a great breather between the Crescent Lake resorts and the BoardWalk. Grab your DOLE Whip cocktail and take a slow stroll along the waterfront before heading to your next stop.

Stop 5 – Belle Vue Lounge (BoardWalk Inn)

Belle Vue Lounge

Make your way inside the BoardWalk Inn for one of Disney World’s most charming and atmospheric lounges.

Belle Vue Lounge is a vintage-inspired cocktail bar tucked inside the BoardWalk Inn lobby. Antique radios, soft warm lighting, and classic Art Deco decor create an atmosphere that’s both nostalgic and sophisticated. It’s one of those hidden gem spots that Disney regulars absolutely swear by.

Signature Drink: Try the Orange Blossom Manhattan, a fun take on a traditional cocktail with orange blossom honey and orange bitters.  The lounge also offers an impressive selection of wines and classic cocktails if you’re in the mood to branch out.

Insider Tip: Belle Vue Lounge is on the quieter side, making it an ideal spot to recharge before your final stop of the night. Grab a seat near the window for a lovely view of the BoardWalk promenade below.

Stop 6 – Abracadabar (BoardWalk)

Abracadabar

End the EPCOT crawl on a high note with a visit to Abracadabar, one of the most creative and visually imaginative bars at Disney World.

Themed around the fictional magicians and illusionists who once performed on the BoardWalk, this cocktail bar is filled with interactive magic posters, theatrical props, and an enchanting atmosphere. The cocktail menu leans heavily into the magic theme, with clever names and creative presentations that make ordering here half the fun.

Signature Drink: Order the Hoodunit’s Punch, made with spiced rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and coconut. It’s a fun, fruity, delicious, and the perfect finale to a fantastic evening on the BoardWalk.

Insider Tip: After wrapping up at Abracadabar, take a few minutes to stroll along the BoardWalk promenade and soak in the atmosphere. On Thursday through Saturday evenings, you’ll catch live entertainment along the waterfront. And if the timing is right, you may even be treated to a spectacular view of the EPCOT fireworks from the bridge connecting the BoardWalk to the Yacht and Beach Club resorts.

Animal Kingdom Resorts Bar Crawl

Animal Kingdom

  • Resorts to Visit: Animal Kingdom Lodge, Coronado Springs Resort
  • Where to Start: Animal Kingdom or Disney Springs

The Animal Kingdom Resorts bar crawl requires a little more effort than the previous itinerary, but don’t let that discourage you.

This bar crawl features some of the most unique and atmospheric bars on all of Disney property. If you’re staying at a Disney World hotel or are an annual passholder, start at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park and take the bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Otherwise, park at Disney Springs for free and take the bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge to kick things off.

Here’s how I would personally plan the Animal Kingdom Resorts bar crawl:

Stop 1 – Victoria Falls Lounge (Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House)

Animal Kingdom

There is no better place to begin the Animal Kingdom crawl than Victoria Falls Lounge, one of the most breathtaking bar settings at Disney World.

Perched on a balcony overlooking the popular Boma restaurant and the thatched-roof lobby of Jambo House, this lounge captures the beauty of the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a way that few other resorts on property can match. The warm, earthy tones, African-inspired decor, and ambient sounds of the resort whisk you away from Central Florida and to the African savannas.

Signature Drink: Order the Spiced Chai Colada, a wild take on a piña colada with rum, chai cream liquor, and DOLE pineapple juice.

Insider Tip: Victoria Falls Lounge overlooks the Boma dining room, so the atmosphere tends to pick up in the early evening as guests start to arrive for dinner. Grab a spot along the railing for the best views of the lobby and take a moment to appreciate just how extraordinary the Animal Kingdom Lodge theming really is.

Stop 2 – Sanaa Lounge (Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village)

Sanaa

From Jambo House, take the in-house shuttle to make your way over to Kidani Village for a stop at Sanaa Lounge.

This stunning lounge is attached to the popular Sanaa restaurant and shares its most popular appetizer: the Indian-style Bread Service. Take a sip from one of their unique cocktails and share five different types of breads and nine accompanying dips. It is, without question, one of the tastiest bread services you will ever have.

Signature Drink: Try the Malawi Mango Margarita, a bold and exotic cocktail featuring African-inspired flavors that complement the savanna setting perfectly. Pair this with the bread service and you’re good to go.

Insider Tip: Make sure to take your time as you walk down the stairs to Sanaa. Soak in the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the savanna and don’t be afraid to ask a Cast Member what animals you see!

Stop 3 – Barcelona Lounge (Coronado Springs – Gran Destino Tower)

Barcelona Lounge

Take the bus from Animal Kingdom Lodge over to Animal Kingdom, then transfer to Coronado Springs Resort and head straight to the Gran Destino Tower for your next stop.

Barcelona Lounge is a sophisticated, Spanish-inspired cocktail bar located inside the tower’s stunning lobby, and it immediately signals a shift in atmosphere. The decor draws inspiration from the works of Spanish artist Salvador Dalí and the architecture of Barcelona, creating an environment that feels unlike anything else at Disney World.

Signature Drink: Order The Armada, a unique blend of bourbon, cream sherry, banana liquer, lemon, and cinnamon. It’s refreshing and beautifully presented in a way that feels right at home.

Insider Tip: The Gran Destino Tower is one of Disney World’s most visually stunning buildings, and Barcelona Lounge sits at its heart. Take a few minutes before or after your drink to explore the tower lobby and admire the incredible artwork (and hidden Mickeys) that tell the story of Walt Disney’s travels through Spain. It adds a wonderful layer of depth to the experience.

Stop 4 – Three Bridges Bar and Grill (Coronado Springs)

Three Bridges

Step outside and make your way to one of the most uniquely situated bars at Disney World.

Three Bridges Bar and Grill is located on a small island in the middle of Lago Dorado and is accessible by three picturesque footbridges. The open-air setting, waterfront views, and warm evening breeze make this one of the most enjoyable outdoor dining and drinking experiences on Disney property.

Signature Drink: Go for any one of the sangrias – they are the best sangrias you’ll find on Disney property. Looking to be adventurous? Order the sangria flight, which lets you sample all of the sangrias on the menu. They’ll taste even better with a view of the lake in front of you.

Insider Tip: Three Bridges only takes walk-up reservations, and given its unique setting and popularity, it may be quite busy. However, if you arrive before the sun sets (or if your party is small), you likely won’t wait long.

Stop 5 – Dahlia Lounge (Coronado Springs)

Dahlia Lounge

Wrap up the Animal Kingdom crawl with a visit to Dahlia Lounge, a beautiful rooftop lounge situated next to Toledo, Coronado Springs’ table-service restaurant.

Named after the vibrant dahlia flower, this lounge brings a fresh, modern energy to the resort’s Spanish Colonial theming with its colorful decor, warm lighting, and expertly crafted cocktail menu. It’s a wonderful final stop that’s relaxed enough to wind down the evening, but lively enough to keep the energy of the crawl going strong right to the end.

Signature Drink: Order the Tequila Daisy, a stunning, flower-inspired twist on the classic margarita that is as visually striking as it is delicious. It’s the perfect send-off drink to close out an incredible evening at the Animal Kingdom resorts.

Insider Tip: Believe it or not, Dahlia Lounge is one of the more low-key stops on this crawl, which makes it a perfect place to relax, reflect on the evening, and decide whether you’re calling it a night or rallying for one more adventure. Make sure to grab a seat on the outdoor balcony as you watch the exciting lights of Fantasmic! and the EPCOT fireworks.

Disney Springs Resorts Bar Crawl

Disney Springs

  • Resorts to Visit: Old Key West Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort, Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
  • Where to Start: Disney Springs

The Disney Springs Resorts bar crawl is the most charming and laid-back of all the itineraries on this list, and it saves one of Disney World’s most unique transportation experiences for last.

To get between resorts on this crawl, you’ll use a combination of the Sassagoula River Cruise Ferry Boat, a leisurely boat ride along the Sassagoula River that connects Disney Springs to the Port Orleans resorts, Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs, and a walking path that connects Saratoga Springs directly to Old Key West. Whether or not you’re staying at a Disney World resort or are an annual passholder, start at Disney Springs and board the Sassagoula River Cruise Ferry Boat to your first stop.

Here’s how I would personally plan the Disney Springs Resorts bar crawl:

Stop 1 – The Gurgling Suitcase (Old Key West Resort)

Gurgling Suitcase

Step off the ferry boat and into one of the most beloved and underrated bars at any Disney World resort.

The Gurgling Suitcase is a charming Key West-inspired bar tucked inside the Old Key West Resort. The atmosphere is casual, colorful, and full of personality. It almost feels like a neighborhood secret, and once you visit, you’ll completely understand why people keep coming back.

Signature Drink: Order the Key West Freeze, a refreshing, fruity frozen cocktail that’s as easy-drinking as the resort’s relaxed atmosphere. If a frozen cocktail isn’t your style, the Gurgling Suitcase also serves a solid selection of classic cocktails and local beers that are equally worth exploring.

Insider Tip: The Gurgling Suitcase is a small bar with limited indoor seating, so arrive early or be prepared to enjoy your drink outside on one of the benches by the water. It’s entirely walk-up friendly and is one of the most genuinely charming stops on this entire crawl. Don’t skip it!

Stop 2 – The Turf Club Lounge (Saratoga Springs Resort)

Turf Club

From Old Key West, take the walking path over to Saratoga Springs Resort and head to The Turf Club Lounge.

This sophisticated, horse racing-inspired bar perfectly captures the elegant spirit of the resort’s upstate New York theming. It’s a wonderful step up in elegance from the previous stop and a great reminder of just how thoughtfully Disney themes every single one of its resorts.

Signature Drink: Try the Mint Julep, a simple, crisp, cocktail popularized by the Kentucky Derby, making it right at home in a bar inspired by the golden age of horse racing.

Insider Tip: The Turf Club Lounge is attached to the Turf Club Bar and Grill restaurant, but the lounge area itself is walk-up friendly for guests who just want to stop in for a drink. It’s one of the quieter stops on this crawl, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere before the more lively final stops of the evening.

Stop 3 – Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar (Disney Springs)

Jock Lindsey’s

Take the Sassagoula River Cruise Ferry Boat back to Disney Springs for a stop at one of the most creatively themed bars in all of Walt Disney World.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is themed around the fictional pilot from the Indiana Jones franchise and is packed wall-to-wall with aviation memorabilia, exotic artifacts, and storytelling details that remind us of his adventures. Every inch of this bar has a story to tell, and the cocktail menu is just as creative as the theming surrounding it.

Signature Drink: Order Safari Sangria, an African twist on a Spanish cocktail. The entire cocktail menu at Jock Lindsey’s is full of clever nods to the Indiana Jones universe, so take your time browsing before you decide.

Insider Tip: Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is one of the more popular stops on this crawl, given its location in Disney Springs, so expect a wait during peak evening hours. However, if you’re short on time, the bar area tends to move faster than the general wait list. Ask about bar seating when you arrive.

Stop 4 – River Roost Lounge (Port Orleans Resort – Riverside)

River Roost

Board the Sassagoula River Cruise Ferry Boat once more and ride it down to Port Orleans Resort Riverside for one of the most entertaining stops on the entire crawl.

River Roost Lounge is a lively, bayou-inspired bar that comes alive every Wednesday through Saturday evenings with live performances by the legendary Yehaa Bob Jackson. This one-man musical act is one of the most beloved and talked-about entertainment experiences at any Disney World resort. The atmosphere is warm, rowdy in the best way, and full of genuine Disney magic that you simply cannot plan for.

Signature Drink: Go for the Riverfront Refresher, a simple-but-tasty cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, agave, and mint. It’s refreshing, well-made, and the ideal drink to sip while tapping your feet to Yehaa Bob’s infectious performances.

Insider Tip: If you’re visiting on a Wednesday through Saturday evening, don’t leave River Roost without catching at least part of Yehaa Bob’s show. He performs multiple sets throughout the evening. Check the Disney World app for his current performance schedule before you arrive.

Stop 5 – Scat Cat’s Club Lounge (Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter)

Scat Cats Club

End the Disney Springs crawl with a visit to Scat Cat’s Club Lounge at Port Orleans Resort French Quarter.

Inspired by the cool jazz cats of The Aristocats, this lively lounge captures the spirit of New Orleans’ famous French Quarter with its jazz-infused atmosphere, vibrant Mardi Gras decor, and a cocktail menu that leans heavily into the flavors of Louisiana.

Signature Drink: Order the Syncopation Shift, a bold, rum-based cocktail with flavors of mango, melon, and pineapple and just enough of a kick to remind you that you’re finishing strong. Pair it with a plate of the famous beignets from the nearby Scat Cat’s food menu for the ultimate Port Orleans send-off.

Insider Tip: Every Thursday through Sunday starting at 7:30pm, the lounge features live jazz music that takes the already incredible atmosphere to another level entirely. It’s the perfect note to end on after an incredible evening of resort hopping.

Remember, the magic of Disney World doesn’t stop at the theme park gates.

It extends into the lobbies, lounges, and waterfront bars of its incredible resorts. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail overlooking the African savanna at Sanaa Lounge, watching fireworks from the rooftop of the Riviera Resort, or soaking in the live jazz at Scat Cat’s Club Lounge, each one of these experiences is a reminder of just how extraordinary a Disney World vacation can be when you take the time to explore beyond the parks.

These three Disney World bar crawls offer a fun way to experience unique drinks, themed atmospheres, and see many of the beautiful resorts.
