3 Months of Extra Passholder Perks
For the past few years, Walt Disney World has rolled out extra benefits for annual passholders during a campaign called V.I.Passholder Summer Days. What began as a period of just a few weeks has ballooned into three full months of extra perks in 2026.
Disney World’s V.I.Passholder Summer Days will take place from May 1 to July 31, 2026. This is two weeks longer than 2025’s V.I.Passholder Summer Days season.

As usual, passholders can expect exclusive merchandise, food, and beverages specially created for V.I.Passholder Summer Days. Disney says passholders will receive special discounts and a new passholder magnet.
Disney has not yet announced specifics around any of the above items.
Separate from V.I.Passholder Summer Days, passholders can save up to 40% on stays at select Disney World hotels during certain dates this summer. See our previous coverage for all the details on that passholder hotel special offer.
As a reminder, Disney World passholders already receive a discount of 20% off at most merchandise locations and 10% off at most table-service restaurants year-round.

Summer 2026 at Walt Disney World
V.I.Passholder Summer Days is just one of several ongoing special events and occasions at Disney World this summer.
On May 22, 2026, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will debut a new mission featuring the Mandalorian and Grogu blasting off with riders to favorite planets from the Star Wars galaxy.
Starting on May 26, EPCOT will screen a new version of Soarin’, titled Soarin’ Across America, in honor of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.
From May 26 to September 8, Cool KIDS’ SUMMER returns to all four Disney World theme parks with activations and new attractions geared toward families with younger guests. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, this includes the highly anticipated arrival of Bluey and Bingo.
Later in the summer, with opening dates not yet announced, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and a reimagined version of The Magic of Disney Animation, a pavilion-style attraction that closed a decade ago.
