During the Halloween season, most of the attention at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World turns toward the spooky-season overlay of the menu and décor at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, but there’s another Disney Springs eatery that should be on your list this time of year. It might go under the radar and not receive much publicity, but it’s got decorations of its own and a lineup of Halloween-themed drinks.
We tried some of the Halloween drinks at this Disney Springs restaurant, and below we’ll share photos and pricing of these items and thoughts on our experience. Halloween Menu at The Edison
The Edison is a 1920s-themed table service restaurant in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. This dining location is owned by Patina Group, the same company behind Space 220 at EPCOT, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs, Paseo at Disneyland’s Downtown Disney, and many other Disney eateries.

For the Halloween season, The Edison is filled with eerie décor that blends well with the roaring ’20s vibe of the permanent interior design. Check out this cauldron with green smoke!
Some of the overlay is more traditionally silly than spooky, like this oversized spider web on the wall.
In the evenings, a live band plays in the main dining room.
Now through October 31, 2026, diners at The Edison can help contribute to Cookies For Kids’ Cancer. Purchases of dulce de leche cheesecake and house-made gelato topped with a ginger snap cookie will benefit Cookies For Kids’ Cancer, an organization that funds research for less toxic treatments that let kids beat cancer without causing significant lifelong side effects.

A few Halloween-inspired beverages are on The Edison’s drink menu for the season. First up is Blood Donor, meant to look like a bag of blood. You sip it from a straw connected to the bag, which itself is connected to the drink’s glass below. Blood Donor is $20 and is made from Bacardi Superior, Aperol, Solerno blood orange liqueur, and lime juice.
There’s also a mocktail option, which is green and comes with a glow cube in its glass. Note how each blood bag has a donor’s name written on it. This one came from “Penny W,” or Pennywise, the clown from the It movies!
Next up is Alleycat for $19. It’s made of Dos Hombres tequila, orange juice, agave nectar, lime juice, and a beet juice float. The red seeps into the lime-green for a cryptic effect.
This is “Hallowed By Thy Grove,” an $18 drink made from Dos Hombres mezcal, Dos Hombres tequila, crème de mûre, barrel-aged maple syrup, lemon, lime, cardamom bitters, and a blackberry.
