Disney has recently made some improvements for guests planning their dining experience, like one that made all available reservation slots visible for the day as well as a change to the mobile ordering experience that allows more flexibility to review and modify your items at a later step of the ordering process.
Now, Disney Parks will be making another improvement to the dining reservation system to make the experience easier for guests to navigate. This new improvement will be especially helpful for guests planning multi-day trips to the parks.

What Will the New Disney Dining Reservation Update Be?
Right now, when you go to make dining reservations, you have to select each individual date on the calendar to see the times that are available that day. If you are planning a multi-day trip, this process can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially if you are checking for availability at multiple different restaurants per day.
With the new Disney dining reservation update, you'll now be able to see availability for multiple days at a time. You can see the availability for up to 10 days at a time for your selected restaurant in one search. This will make it much more straightforward to plan your entire trip, as you'll be getting more of a bird's eye view of availability.
This is how the selecting dates portion of the process currently looks on the app (with only the ability to select one date at a time):

As you are making reservations for your trip, keep in mind that guests staying at a Walt Disney Resort hotel can make reservations for their entire trip (for up to a 10-night stay) 60 days before their arrival, and guests staying at Disneyland Resort Hotels have preferred access to a limited number of dining reservations at table service restaurants at the on-site hotels (make sure to link your Disneyland Resort hotel confirmation to your account to be able to access this benefit).
We're happy to see that Disney is continuing to implement changes to make the dining reservation process easier for guests to navigate during the planning portion of their trip.
