Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Booths Soft Open Today—We’re Here to Try the New Foods!

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is getting ready to officially kick off tomorrow! One of the highlights of the festival is the marketplace booths across the park that offer a variety of limited-time foods and beverages.

The marketplace booths are soft opening today for all visitors! We are here at the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival to try and review all of the new foods offered at the festival to give you guidance on which ones are worth it and which can be skipped.

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival officially kicks off tomorrow on February 28. This is when you'll see the full offerings of the festival including the return of the fan-favorite Soarin' Over California!

Today, the marketplace booths have soft opened, allowing visitors to try the new foods and beverages. We're currently here trying a few of the new foods like the Western BBQ Burger Bao, Birria Mac and Cheese, as well as enjoying some returning favorites like the Mickey-shaped macaron with Snickers.

Hot tip! They moved the Mickey macaron booth and slightly changed the mousse even though it’s a returning item.
