2026 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Foods Released

The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is a popular spring event at the resort, featuring special offerings like culinary demonstrations, mixology classes and seminars, special entertainment, the return of Soarin’ Over California (this year for longer), and food marketplaces across the park. Each year, Disney releases a menu of new foods and returning favorites for guests to enjoy.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival will return to the parks from March 6 through April 27, 2026. The Food & Wine Festival features marketplace booths along the main parade route in the park. There are also special foods offered at various restaurant locations across the theme park.

To help you keep track of all these new menu items, we always put together a printable PDF with all of the foods coming at the festival. Get the PDF below. We will send the PDF when it is completed at least a couple of days before the first day of the event so that you have time to plan out the foods that you want to try.

Now, turning to the news that was released today. Disney confirmed that the Disney California Adventure Sip and Savor Pass will return in 2026. Guests can pay for this pass upfront and then they are able to redeem the pass for different food items across the festival. There are passes with 4 or 8 “tabs” available to redeem this year. In the past, the pass cost $63 for the 8-coupon option (including tax) and $58 for Magic Key holders (including tax) and the 4-coupon option cost $32 (including tax). We don’t know the pricing for the 2026 pass yet.

Here are the designs of the Sip and Savor pass for this year.

Just like last year, guests who purchase the pass may also receive one complimentary Mickey-shaped Food & Wine plate with the purchase of a Sip and Savor Pass, available while supplies last.

Disney also announced that this year they are launching a special Disney Gift Card that includes a pin featuring the Carthay Circle Restaurant. When guests add at least $125 to the gift card, they will receive a complimentary limited-edition pin featuring Carthay Circle Restaurant.

There are also bookable experiences offered during the festival, like the Beverage Education Seminar at Sonoma Terrace that includes 30-40 minutes of guided tastings from winemakers or Disney mixologists. This seminar takes place every Saturday and Sunday from March 7 through April 26, 2026, and reservations are required. Also during these weekends, local and visiting chefs will share tips and have culinary demonstrations at the Hollywood Backlot Stage.

If you purchase these items via mobile order, it will be a full-sized portion and not redeemable with the Sip and Savor Pass.
