Céntrico

Céntrico is an open-air Mexican restaurant and bar by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán in Downtown Disney. Céntrico is located in the heart of Downtown Disney, and its open spaces aim to capture the spirit of a Mexican hacienda. The restaurant has table seating, bar seating, and bench seating around fire pits. The incredible ambiance and food make this one of our top Mickey Visit best Disneyland restaurants.

Céntrico Food

Céntrico offers a menu of appetizers, tacos, quesadillas, sides, main plates, and beverages. There is also a nice selection of options for kids here, ranging from chicken tenders and mac to chicken quesadillas and burritos. You'll also find a selection of cocktails, beers, and wine here as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Popular Dishes: 

• Guacamole: creamy Avocado, Tomato, Cilantro, Onion, Lime, Serrano, Tortilla Chips, Salsa (add Chicharrón or add Pork Belly)
• Tlayuda: large Oaxacan Tostada, Black Bean Purée, Avocado Mousse, Cecina, Chorizo, Pork Belly, Salsa Macha, Oaxaca Cheese
• Tuna Tiradito: sashimi-grade Ahi Tuna, Chiles Toreados, Avocado, Red Onion, Soy Ponzu

Key Tips: All of the tortillas are hand-made daily! This is a nice, relaxing place to enjoy a break away from the parks in the afternoon.
