Lounge Refurbishment Closure in Tomorrowland at Disneyland
Disney Vacation Club Star View Station – A Member Lounge is an exclusive spot for DVC members inside Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park. The lounge is located on the second floor of Star Wars Launch Bay.

Themed with vintage artwork from some of Disney’s futuristic-focused endeavors of the 1950s and ’60s, such as planning for Tomorrowland and the never-realized original incarnation of EPCOT Center, the Star View Station lounge provides a place where members can relax in comfy chairs and take a break from the busyness of the theme park outside.
The lounge also features a full-scale model room for members to tour. It depicts a 1-bedroom accommodation from The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
Star View Station will be closed for refurbishment starting July 27, 2026, for routine maintenance. Disney says the lounge will reopen sometime in fall 2026, but has not announced a specific date.
While Star View Station is closed, DVC members can visit a temporary lounge located inside Starcade, the multipurpose space near the exit of Space Mountain. Disney uses this space for their different Disneyland After Dark events, merchandise offerings, and Magic Key Annual Pass events.
Amenities at Star View Station that we expect to continue to be offered at the temporary new location include Wi-Fi and soft drinks.
The refurbishment arrives at the onset of Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Weeks, a period of offers and activations for members happening at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. See all the perks happening for Welcome Home Weeks here.
The refurbishment of Star View Station is among several ongoing maintenance projects at Disneyland Park. King Arthur Carrousel is currently closed, set to reopen on July 17. Matterhorn Bobsleds will be closed from July 20 to 24.
