Free Dining Perk Expands to All Guests

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort Toy Story area

First up is the popular free dining perk that we previously covered when it was announced for just Disney Visa Cardmembers. As we predicted, this offer is now being expanded to all guests. Guests can get a free dining plan when they purchase a non-discounted 4-night, 4-day Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes a room at select Disney Resort hotels and tickets with a Park Hopper option. Guests need to book by April 30 in order to qualify for the free dining offer. We have already seen the Walt Disney World website overrun with guests trying to book, reach out to our trusted travel partner Get Away Today through our private link to get ahead of the lines and book while the offer still has the best rooms available.

Disney World Ride Closure ALERTS, Major Park Changes, Secrets Revealed

Get alerts on closures, park changes, exclusive discounts, and free printables. Trusted by 100,000+ Disney fans & planners.

This offer is eligible for the following travel dates:

  • June 28 to October 3, 2026
  • October 19 to October 31, 2026
  • December 6 to December 21, 2026

The type of dining plan you receive is also dependent on which Disney Resort hotel you pick. Guests staying at the value and moderate level resorts receive the Quick-Service Disney Dining Plan, while guests at deluxe level resort hotels receive the Standard Disney Dining Plan.

One key note in the fine print is that Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort and Disney’s Pop Century Resort are excluded from this offer for stays taking place in July. This offer also excludes the following room types: 3-Bedroom Grand Villas; Campsites; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; Bungalows and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows; The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort; and Suites at Disney Moderate and Disney Deluxe Resort hotels.

Is Free Dining the Best Disney World Offer?

The free Disney Dining Plan will likely overlap with other Walt Disney World promotions that offer a percentage off resort stays. These discounts cannot be combined with the free dining plan, so you will need to choose one offer or the other. The best way to compare them is to calculate the value of the Disney Dining Plan for your trip and treat that as the amount saved. Then price your vacation using the percentage-off resort discount and see which option results in the bigger savings. For reference, the Quick-Service Disney Dining Plan costs $60.47 per adult per night and $26.16 per child (ages 3–9) per night, while the Standard Disney Dining Plan costs $98.59 per adult per night and $31.94 per child (ages 3–9) per night.

New Discounted Disney World Ticket Offer

Disney World special summer offers

A new discount ticket offer has also been released for dates this summer. The 4-day, 4-Park Magic ticket starts at $109 per day, plus tax, with the total price starting at $436, plus tax. This is a date-based ticket with start dates from May 26 to September 26, 2026. The ticket must be used within 7 days of the selected start date.

The discount ticket includes one admission to each of the 4 theme parks at Walt Disney World, including  Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This ticket is NOT a Park Hopper, admission is limited to one theme park per day.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or offer except for the Free Dining Plan for Kids Promotion. This promotion is different than the free dining plan we discussed above. This offer is for guests who book a Disney World hotel package (including tickets and hotel), and then any kids ages 3-9 on the package will receive free dining.

Since these are date-based tickets, the prices can vary depending on the start date you pick. Since they cannot be combined with any other discount offers except the Free Dining Plan for Kids, this is another offer you may want to price out to maximize your savings. Which brings us to our next offer, which likely offers the best savings for guests.

Save Up to 30% on Disney World Resort Hotels

Poly Resort Disney World

What ends up being the best Disney World discount offer if you are staying on-site is the percentage off hotel stays. This offer allows guests to save up to 30% on rooms at Disney Resort Hotels when you stay five nights or more, most nights July 30 through October 3, 2026. For guests staying less than five nights, you can save up to 25% off your hotel stay from July 30 to October 3, 2026.

As always with these percentage off hotel stay offers, you will save more the more you spend. If you plan on staying at a Deluxe Disney World Resort hotel, you will maximize your savings since those hotels have the highest nightly rates.

The amount of savings also depends on the dates you book. Walt Disney World targets such specific dates to increase bookings during periods where certain hotels need a bit of a push to reach their ideal booking numbers.

The dates that offer the most savings are bookings from July 30 to August 13, and August 28 to October 3, 2026. Guests can save up to 30% on select Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts, up to 25% on select Moderate and other Deluxe properties, up to 20% on Value resorts and select Moderates, and up to 15% on Disney’s Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms, with slightly lower discounts available August 14–27, 2026, across each resort tier. It’s worth noting that Disney’s Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms are in the lowest tier of discounts across the board, below the other Value Disney World Resort hotels. This is the same for the discounts we list below as well.

This is always my favorite option amongst the Walt Disney World discounts, but our team at Get Away Today can help you pick the best discount that makes the most sense for your family. Click here through our exclusive link to get the best additional discounts on your Walt Disney World trip.

Annual Passholders can save up to 40% on Disney Resort hotels most nights July 30 through October 3, 2026. For passholders staying less than five nights, you can save up to 35% off your hotel stay from July 30 to October 3, 2026.

Perks for Disney World Resort Guests

Typhoon Lagoon welcome sign

Several perks are being offered for Disney World Resort hotel guests this summer, aside from the Free Dining for Kids offer. Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel between May 26 and September 8, 2026, can enjoy free admission to one of the Walt Disney World water parks on their check-in day. Since both water parks will be open this summer, this is a great way to add fun to your arrival day.

Characters will also be greeting guests during Early Theme Park Entry again this summer. You can also find Goofy will be greeting guests in his laid-back beach style at Blizzard Beach, and Stitch will be spreading playful chaos at Typhoon Lagoon.

For this summer only, guests staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort , and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside  will have even more experiences and amenities designed for families with young children, including scheduled visits from favorite Disney pals like Mickey and Minnie. Experiences include Disney-themed activities, such as character visits with set appearance times to help you plan your day, and an expanded itinerary of family activities like pool parties, campfire songs, and special libraries curated by Disney Publishing with hosted pajama parties.

Guests staying at these resorts can also take advantage of complimentary items like bottle warmers and infant bathtubs to diaper disposal units and nightlights. This is truly an impressive push to appeal to families with young children and make their Disney Resort hotel stay both convenient and fun for kids. It can be confusing trying to navigate all these discounts, which is why we recommend families reach out to Get Away Today for help from the experts.
