Resort Restaurant Refurbishment Details
Walt Disney World has confirmed that Turf Club Bar & Grill and Turf Club Lounge at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will undergo an extended refurbishment from mid-March 2026 through mid-September 2026. The closure will take place in stages to maintain some level of dining availability for resort guests.
The project will roll out in phases. During the refurbishment, areas will temporarily close.
- The Turf Club Lounge: Closed from early April through early August 2026 (The Turf Club Bar & Grill will remain open with a pop-up bar serving a modified menu.)
- The Turf Club patio: Closed from early to mid-August 2026
- The Turf Club Bar & Grill: Closed from mid-August through mid-September 2026 (The Turf Club Lounge will remain open.)

This staggered schedule ensures resort guests retain access to a table service option for most of the construction window.
Walt Disney World has not released specific details about what changes will be made during the refurbishment. No official information has been shared regarding menu updates, interior redesigns, or other enhancements. However, Disney often uses extended refurbishments like this to update interiors and refresh dining spaces.
The restaurant is currently themed around Saratoga Springs’ horse-racing heritage, with decor inspired by turn-of-the-century upstate New York. The space features wood-paneled walls, equestrian memorabilia, and a traditional steakhouse atmosphere. Given the project’s length, updates could include interior refreshes or operational improvements, though Disney has not confirmed the scope of work.
The restaurant serves a classic American steakhouse menu. Entrees include slow-roasted prime rib and char-grilled New York strip steak. Several menu items also feature produce sources from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT. At this time, we do not know if menu changes will accompany the refurbishment.

During the mid-August through mid-September window, the main restaurant will be fully closed, and the resort will not have a traditional table-service restaurant operating on the property. Quick-service dining will remain available at The Artist’s Palette.
