Savannah Bananas Returning to Disneyland for Special Event
Disneyland just announced that the Savannah Bananas will return to Disneyland for a one-day event on Thursday, March 26, 2026, ahead of their game at Angels Stadium on March 27.

The Savannah Bananas are a popular exhibition baseball team, often referred to as the Harlem Globetrotters for baseball. They are part of the Banana Ball Championship League that plays a unique type of baseball that includes lots of fun dancing, wacky rules, and a generally fun, high-energy atmosphere. They have a massive fan base, and it’s a very competitive process to get tickets to their games.
Last year, the Savannah Bananas had a very fun day at Disneyland. This event was extremely popular, and there were big crowds coming out to see them. We could tell the players were very happy to be at the park and were seen going on rides, interacting with guests, and having a great time.
New this year, Savannah Bananas Day will include both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. The event will include surprises like select player appearances from the Savannah Bananas, a celebratory cavalcade down Main Street, U.S.A. along the parade route, performances in both parks, and more. In addition to the Savannah Bananas, the Indianapolis Clowns, one of the newest Banana Ball Championship League teams, will also be a part of the event.
At Disneyland Park, there will be a special performance in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, like last year. At Disney California Adventure, there will be another performance at the “World of Color” viewing area in Paradise Gardens Park.
Disneyland also shared that there will be more details revealed as we get closer to the event, including player greeting opportunities.

An exciting part of the event is the Savannah Bananas at Disneyland Sweepstakes, where one prize winner will receive a three-night vacation to Disneyland Resort for themself and up to three guests to experience Savannah Bananas Day at Disneyland Resort on March 26, 2026, along with up to four tickets to the Savannah Bananas vs. Indianapolis Clowns game at Angel Stadium in Anaheim on March 27.
The sweepstakes is open now through 12 p.m. ET on February 27, 2026. You can enter through the Savannah Bananas Instagram or Facebook.
Banana Ball will also be coming to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney World this spring.
