Disney has reversed course on a previously denied shareholder proposal seeking a review of the Disability Access System (DAS) changes and has decided to allow the proposal. Soon after we learned of this reversal, we got materials detailing Disney’s recommendation to board members on how to vote on this DAS proposal and when this meeting will take place.
