Top Villas
Top Villas is a company that offers over 3k Orlando villas, condos, townhouses, and cottages. Top Villas focuses on offering villa rentals worldwide but for our purposes, we're focusing solely on Olrando for luxury vacation rentals in Orlando.
Some of the Top Villa rental properties include outdoor entertainment areas, private pools, and unique themed rooms based around Disney and Universal films. The latter is our favorite for Orlando vacation rentals! There are so many fun Top Villa options including some with their own bowling alley or indoor theaters. Kids would go crazy over some of these out-of-this-world Orland luxury vacation rentals.
Top Villas Disney-Themed Rentals
One of the biggest advantages of Top Villas is the large amount of Disney and Universal-themed properties! These are really fun options to incorporate a Disney theme into your vacation when staying off-property. These houses are perfect for large families visiting Disney World.

VRBO
VRBO offers stand-alone vacation home rentals but has a superior search feature to Airbnb which allows guests to filter searches by guest review ratings. Both Airbnb and VRBO are platforms for booking with the host of the property. While VRBO has a few advantages of Airbnb, it does fall short in a few categories which is why guests still tend to lean towards Airbnb.
VRBO also does not offer concierge services for Walt Disney World rentals making Top Villas a better choice in this category for planning a Disney trip.
DVC Rentals
If you are looking for bigger accommodations on property at Walt Disney World you should also consider renting DVC points. Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is an ownership program, similar to a timeshare, that you invest in to take way more cost-effective Disney vacations. DVC has resorts all over the world and of course- a large selection at Walt Disney World and one at Disneyland!
Disney Vacation Club rental points are a one-time rental of a set number of points from a member of the Disney Vacation Club. The points will allow you to book a Deluxe Villa room at what is typically a discounted rate. David’s Vacation Club Rentals and DVC Rental Store (click for our comparison) are the two most popular DVC rental companies, both legit options and Better Business Bureau accredited companies.
While some of these villas are spacious, this is a bit different than renting an entire luxury Orlando vacation home through Top Villas. For larger families or even families planning a trip together, this is why Top Villas works as the best option for a Disney World vacation rental.
