Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris has been undergoing a major reimagining that will culminate in a name change to “Disney Adventure World” when the new World of Frozen land opens at the park. While Disney previously shared that this new addition would open in the Spring of 2026, we now have the exact opening date!

World of Frozen Opening Date Announced
The new World of Frozen in the soon-to-be Disney Adventure World is the second Disney land inspired by this favorite film, following the first World of Frozen that opened in Hong Kong Disneyland in late 2023.
The new land will feature the village of Arendelle as well as Elsa’s iconic ice palace along the North Mountain. It will offer a version of Frozen Ever After, the Frozen-inspired ride at Hong Kong Disneyland and Disney World’s EPCOT, as well as character meet-and-greets, dining and shopping, and a new show.

Disney has now revealed the opening date for this new land! World of Frozen will officially open on March 29, 2026.
Disney also revealed that a new show called “A Celebration in Arendelle” is coming to the land! This show will bring the Snowflower Festival to life on three Viking longships that will sail on the bay several times a day. See the concept art below!
Guests can dine at the quick-service Nordic Crowns Tavern, featuring galleries of paintings and royal artifacts, and enjoy a customizable dining experience inspired by Nordic cuisine. The land will feature Arendelle Boutique, featuring merchandise from the films and an exclusive selection celebrating Scandinavian craftsmanship.
In the land, guests can enjoy a royal meeting with Anna and Elsa, as well as encounters with Oaken or Mossie in Arendelle Village. A new version of Olaf will make appearances here in the Arendelle Bay show in World of Frozen.
While the park will officially be renamed to “Disney Adventure World” when World of Frozen opens, there are some major new additions still on the horizon. These include a family-friendly attraction inspired by “Up,” a ride inspired by “Tangled,” and a major new land introducing the first-ever Lion King attraction.
