Walt Disney World just announced a brand new ticket type for the summer that offers a great discount for select theme parks. This new ticket type only includes two theme parks, but at a lower cost than a full park hopper ticket.

New Disney World 2-Park Discount Ticket
Disney World just announced a brand new ticket for dates later this summer. This is often a time of year we rank as extremely low crowds on our Disney World crowd calendar, and Disney will release discounts to provide incentives for guests to visit. In fact, when we look at the rankings on our calendar for the stretch of time this discount is valid for, nearly every day is either Below Normal Crowds or Normal Crowds. This is one of the least crowded times of the year at Disney World!

This new 2-Day, 2-Park Ticket is valid from August 3 to September 30, 2026, and starts at just $199. The discount ticket is valid for admission at only EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. This ticket is not valid for admission to Magic Kingdom park or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This is a date-based ticket and must be used within 4 days of the selected start date. Another important detail of the fine print: this ticket may not be used to enter the same theme park more than once. Meaning that you have to visit both EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom for each day of the 2 days. You cannot purchase it for two separate days at EPCOT, for example.
This discount ticket also includes the rare time that EPCOT doesn’t have a festival, which is June 2 through August 26, 2026. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival ended on June 1, and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival doesn’t begin until August 27. The good news is that this discounted ticket can be used in September, the first month of this popular festival, making it even more appealing.
Animal Kingdom has also had a surge in recent popularity with the new Bluey-themed attraction and new viral food additions throughout the park.
