The biggest news in this release is the Disneyland Castle Topper, which will light up and make noise and be the main hub of interactions for the other Disney Parks Memories Keepsake Ornament series.

The Walt Disney World version sold out the same day it was released online, so it’s likely this second version featuring Sleeping Beauty Castle will also go quickly. The Disney World tree topper plays three songs, including “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “Electrical Parade,” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” It will be interesting to see if the Disneyland version offers different songs.

The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ornament will be the second in the Disney Parks Memories Keepsake Ornament series and can interact with both tree toppers. The first ornament in the series was the Dumbo the Flying Elephant Christmas tree ornament, which is still in stock.

The 2027 ornaments will likely release in July and October of next year. Make sure you pay attention to our coverage of Hallmark here on Mickey Visit to add the next lineup of ornaments to your local Hallmark store wish list. This was the only way I was able to secure my Disney World castle once it sold out online. My local store had reserved one for me since I put my list in so early!
