Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass is the premium line-skipping service at the Disneyland Resort that allows visitors to access Lightning Lanes for all attractions that offer them without needing to book a return window.

This service is separate from Lightning Lane Multi Pass, which is Disneyland's main line skipping service, and Lightning Lane Single Pass, which is a separate individual purchase for entry to the attractions in the highest demand. The key difference between these and Lightning Lane Premier Pass is that the premium service provides you with access to the most rides and maximum flexibility for approaching your park day.

Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass

Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass includes access to each available Lightning Lane attraction at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure once per day, along with unlimited Disneyland PhotoPass downloads. There is a total of 25 rides included with Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass.

This includes the two attractions that are available through Lightning Lane Single Pass, Radiator Springs Racers and Rise of the Resistance.

You can access these rides whenever you'd like without the need to book a return window and worry about many of the tips and strategies we discuss when booking Disneyland Lightning Lane Multi Pass.

Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass Cost

Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass ranges in price from $300-$400 per person based on varying dates and demand. Prices will be visible in the Disneyland app up to 7 days in advance of your trip.

You need valid park admission and a park reservation in order to purchase Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass. If you'd like to visit both parks in one day, you need to purchase a park hopper ticket.

While you could purchase Lightning Lane Premier Pass with a 1 park per day ticket, it makes the most sense to purchase a park hopper ticket because the service is designed as a park hopper offering that includes access to attractions at both theme parks. Pricing for Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass does not differ based on the number of parks included in your ticket type.

How to Purchase Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass

You can purchase Lightning Lane Premier Passes through the Disneyland app up to 7 days in advance of your park visit, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time. These passes are being sold in limited quantities. If you have purchased a Walt Disney Travel Company package, you can buy Lightning Lane Premier Pass when you receive your park tickets 2 days in advance of your arrival (subject to availability).

Before you go to purchase Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass through the app, make sure your tickets are linked to everyone else in your party through your MyDisney account and everyone has valid admission and a park reservation for the date of your intended visit.

In the app, you can either search “Lightning Lane Premier Pass” in the search bar or tap on the Lightning Lane Premier Pass button you see on the home screen.

You'll then be taken to a calendar of available dates for your purchase, where you can see pricing for each available day.

From here, you'll select the date you'd like to purchase Premier Pass for and select the members of your party.
