In the fall of last year, the terms of a settlement were reached between Disneyland and a Magic Key holder who filed a class-action lawsuit due to an issue that affected 103, 431 Dream Key passholders.
The lawsuit alleged that Disney misled Dream Key passholders by restricting reservations. The (now discontinued) Dream Key pass included the benefit of passholders being able to make reservations every day of the year, but dates were frequently unable to be reserved.
Now, participants in the $9.5 million Disneyland Magic Key lawsuit will soon be able to claim their payment. Keep reading for more details!

Participants in Disneyland Magic Key Lawsuit Receiving Payment

On June 14, participants in the Disneyland Magic Key lawsuit will receive a link through their email to claim a payment of $65.67 electronically. Participants have until September 12, 2024 to claim their payment.
There is currently no Magic Key Pass Disneyland is offering that is free from blockout dates 365 days a year. The Dream Key Pass, which is no longer being offered, has been replaced by the Inspire Key, which has blockout dates during the peak times around Christmas leading into New Year's.
