Disneyland Paying Out $9.5 Million to Magic Key Annual Pass Holders In Class Action Lawsuit

In the fall of last year, the terms of a settlement were reached between Disneyland and a Magic Key holder who filed a class-action lawsuit due to an issue that affected 103, 431 Dream Key passholders.

The lawsuit alleged that Disney misled Dream Key passholders by restricting reservations. The (now discontinued) Dream Key pass included the benefit of passholders being able to make reservations every day of the year, but dates were frequently unable to be reserved.

Now, participants in the $9.5 million Disneyland Magic Key lawsuit will soon be able to claim their payment. Keep reading for more details!
