The same MagicBand+ is available on shopDisney and is now included as complimentary with any in-store purchase at select merchandise locations at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and Disney Resort hotels during this special offer.

When Will The Complimentary Magic Key Themed MagicBand+ Be Offered?
Starting September 1, 2023, Magic Key Holders will receive this complimentary Magic Band+ featuring a custom light-up theme and Disneyland icons like the Haunted Mansion, Incredicoaster, Space Mountain, and more, and it will be offered while supplies last at select merchandise locations throughout the Disneyland Resort.
Update September 4, 2023: Over the past few days we have heard reports of these free pass holder MagicBand+ bands being “sold out” resort wide only to then have hear of another pass holder picking up a band a day later. If you are visiting in the coming days, definitely still worth a short to ask. Cast Members have shared that Disney made too many of these designs and they aren't selling so they are now giving away to Magic Key Holders.
The same MagicBand+ is on sale at shopDisney (for an initial price of $44.99), featuring a blue design and the tappable icon with the lettering “Happiest Place On Earth.” You can get a closer look at the details of the watch on the shopDisney site. Given this MagicBand+’s original pricing on the site, this is a great deal!
