Disneyland Announces New Summer Hotel Perk and More Offerings

This summer, Disneyland is introducing a new resort-wide perk featuring special character experiences reserved for hotel guests. Disneyland Offering New Character Experience

Disneyland Resort hotel guests receive a range of different perks to provide an incentive for guests to stay on property. These perks include a complimentary Lightning Lane Multi Pass ride per guest, priority dining reservations, and close proximity to the parks. The themed Disneyland hotels also offer themed dining and pools, plus recreational activities exclusive to the hotels.

To celebrate the release of Toy Story 5, Disney is offering a new character interaction at the pools at each of the Disneyland resort hotels. Starting on July 2, “Disney Poolside Splash Bash” will feature character interactions on Thursdays and Sundays. This exclusive new hotel perk will feature Disney trivia, music through the decades, and characters showing off some of their dance moves.

Characters present will include Jessie, Bo Poop, and Woody, all making these appearances at Pixar Place Hotel, Disneyland Hotel, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

This new hotel perk is being advertised as a summer experience, but no official end date was revealed.

Guests can also view a special installation highlighting Toy Story 5, located on the second-floor atrium at the Pixar Place Hotel. Guests are invited to explore drawings, paintings, a sculpture, and behind-the-scenes footage from the film.
