Another offering available for a limited time, starting today, May 22, is a Mickey’s Park Rangers activity book. This free activity book is available from select retail shops on the west side of Disneyland Park. The booklet can be stamped for each section you complete and redeemed for a keepsake sticker.

While the offering is designed for younger kids, the activities in this booklet will appeal to Disneyland fans of all ages. Plus, the experience is free, so this is a great thing to take advantage of this summer.

Mickey’s Park Rangers scavenger hunt is an interactive quest through the park, which includes Tom Sawyer’s Island, Rivers of America, and the Disneyland Railroad. The hunt will have guests traveling around Disneyland by train and boat to discover and collect all the clues.

Scavenger Hunt

The booklet includes quests and puzzles that direct your path mainly around Tom Sawyer Island. The activity at the Pirate Lair on Tom Sawyer Island focuses on spelunking, and there’s also a word puzzle to fill out. There is also a quest to guide guests to find a pirate captain’s hidden treasure using clues on the map. There are plenty of different quests in the book, offering a variety of themes from Botany, Animal Friendship, Codebreaking, and Railroad Lookouts. Overall, there are so many fun activities in the booklet, including steps to becoming a Mickey Park Ranger, along with a Ranger Pledge.

Once you complete all the quests in the activity book, you get it stamped, and then you receive a free sticker. This feels like a fun Disney-inspired twist on classic Boy and Girl Scout-style adventure activities. This is just another fun way to engage kids in activities around Disneyland this summer, especially in often underutilized areas like Tom Sawyer’s Island.
