When to Ride Walt Disney World Bus Transportation

For guests going to the Disney theme parks, bus service begins 45 minutes prior to opening and ends on hour after theme parks close.

For guests going to Disney Springs, bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs is available during Disney Springs operating hours and ends one hour after closing.

It is typical to see long lines for the Disney buses during opening and closing time but Disney will send multiple buses during this time of day.

Bus Transportation to Disney Theme Parks and Resort Hotels

Each Disney Resort hotel has its own designated bus stop which is often located near the front of the resort. There are signs at these stops that inform guests when the next bus will be arriving. Guests can also just tap “Get Directions” in the My Experience app to get directions and find out the most direct route.

Each theme park has its own bus area and guests can find signage that will direct you to the bus stop for your Disney Resort hotel. The bus stops are covered and provide seating so it makes for a comfortable wait.
