Disney's Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter Pools
Doubloon Lagoon is an exciting pool area that’s located at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter. At this pool, the spirit of Mardi Gras is always present. The pool is lined with statues of instrument-playing, jazz musician alligators. A giant sea serpent and King Neptune are also at the pool. The sea serpent not only serves as the focal point of the pool, it also doubles as a water slide. Guests can slide down the serpent's tongue, which is actually a 51-foot long water slide, into the waters below.
At Doubloon Lagoon, Guests can also enjoy a whirlpool spa, water play area for children, and snacks and refreshments from the nearby pool bar – Mardi Grogs.
Guests can also make their way over to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, where they can spend time at Ol’ Man Island. This is a 3.5 acre pool area that’s equipped with a pool, waterfalls, a 95-foot long water slide, whirlpool spa, and water play area.
