UPDATE! Disney Announces Another NEW Halloween Brunch Coming to Disneyland

We're excited for the fall as Disneyland has announced the details of the upcoming Halloween celebration! In addition to the highly anticipated news that was released for the Haunted Mansion reopening, Disneyland shared that they will also be introducing another new Halloween brunch.

Last year, Disneyland announced that the popular Character Dining Experience Goofy's Kitchen would be offering the Halloween-themed experience “Goofy's Kitchen Halloween” for the first time, and they confirmed that this will be returning in 2024. Disneyland has also shared that another popular Character Dining location will be offering a themed dining experience for the season as well.

New Themed Character Dining Offering at Disneyland

Last year, Goofy's Kitchen got a fun Halloween theme for Goofy's Kitchen Halloween that featured characters in themed outfits, special food offerings inspired by the season, and fun decor. We got the opportunity to try this character dining meal, which you can read more about in our full Goofy's Kitchen Halloween review. Goofy's Kitchen also had holiday offerings last year as well, including Thanksgiving Day Dining at Goofy's Kitchen and Goofy's Kitchen Holiday (see our review).

Disneyland has now shared that another Character Dining location will be offering a themed experience this fall! Storytellers Cafe, located in the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, will be getting a new autumn-inspired breakfast and brunch. The experience will feature seasonal decor and characters in new festive looks. See the concept art for the experience below!

Starting September 3, 2024, guests can enjoy the new Mickey’s Autumn Adventures at Storytellers Cafe. Reservations are now open! Note that the Goofy's Kitchen Halloween reservations become available as of August 15.

Mickey's Tales of Adventure at Storyteller Cafe is currently our favorite Character Dining experience at Disneyland, so we're looking forward to seeing this new offering as we love the food and characters here. You can enjoy this option as an early breakfast before heading to the parks for the day or consider it for a late breakfast on the final day of your trip to end your vacation on a high note, as park admission is not required.
