Finally, Indiana Jones Adventure will be closed from December 1-3, reopening on December 4.
The Indiana Jones Adventure closure was originally a day shorter and was then extended by a day. The ride had a much longer closure earlier this year that took place from March 17 to April 24, during the busy Spring Break season. This is an important refurbishment to be aware of, as many will rope drop this as their first ride of the day. If you’re visiting during this period of time, check out our other Mickey Visit Disneyland morning strategy options.
Also continuing into December is the Napa Rose renovation at Disney’s Grand Californian. The restaurant is currently closed as it receives new enhancements to its space and menu. The renovation will introduce a new look, expanded exhibition counters, and an updated outdoor patio seating area for al fresco dining with two new fireplaces.
It was originally supposed to open this fall, but the closure was extended as Disneyland experienced unforeseen issues that impacted the construction schedule. You can see what we know so far about the reopening timeline here.
