Disney Has Recreated Incredibles 2 House For New Residential Community

Disney's first Storyliving by Disney community just hit a major milestone with the opening of the Artisan Club. This is Cotino's beachfront clubhouse offering a variety of dining experiences and programming. One particularly unique feature of this club is the Parr House, which is a recreation of the midcentury home of the Parr family seen in Incredibles 2.

The Parr House will be rented out to members of Cotino's Aritisan Club as a special event space. We got the opportunity to tour this impressive space as part of a recent visit to Cotino hosted by Disney. Keep reading for a full photo tour!

The Parr House is a 5,600 square foot space featuring six bedrooms with baths, which will be home to member events, celebrations, and overnight stays. This space would be ideal for a special occasion like a family reunion, for example. There is no listing of price yet on this, and pricing will apparently fluctuate based on what the space is being used for.

You'll recognize the distinct shape of the building from the film. The interior features decor, curated art, and colors evoking the film.

The main living area takes inspiration from the film and features a giant indoor/outdoor rockwork fireplace. In the communal areas of the Parr House, like the living room and kitchen, tones of red, black, and yellow are nods to the family’s iconic super suits.

Imagineers placed a few special references to the Parr family, like boxes of Sugar Bombs and Fiber O’s cereal stacked on the kitchen shelf and the family’s schedule scribbled on the Insuricare calendar.

Each of the bedrooms is inspired by characters from the film, including Edna Mode, Lucius Best aka “Frozone,” and Jack-Jack, Violet, and Dash. For example, here is a look at the Violet-inspired bedroom.
