New Disneyland Dessert, Ride Closure, Jewelry Trunk Show, Movie Night, and More ‘This Week’

Welcome back to Mickey Visit Disneyland This Week! Each week at Mickey Visit, we share key happenings and dates for the week you might have missed completely. We have all of the essential dates for your visit. See our last Mickey Visit Disneyland This Week here. This is your resource for everything happening at Disneyland the week of October 20, 2025. This week we have news about a jewelry trunk show, a new dessert, a special discount for Magic Key holders, and more.

Important Disneyland Dates This Week

Today is the LAST DAY to purchase Disneyland tickets with discounted pre-increase pricing. These tickets are good for travel in to early 2027, and you do not need to know your exact travel dates. Disneyland recently increased ticket prices, but our travel partner, Get Away Today, gets to keep the old lower prices, plus our exclusive Mickey Visit discount on multi-day tickets for a limited time as part of their agreement with Disney. Starting today, from October 20 through November 2, 2025, there is a Trick or Treat Shake Flight at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, one of our Mickey Visit best Downtown Disney restaurants. This seems like a delicious new Disneyland dessert.

The flight includes Chocolate frosted rim rolled in crushed chocolate candies, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, Vanilla frosted rim rolled in mini Skittles and candy clusters, topped with whipped cream, strawberry drizzle, and a cherry, and a Peanut butter shake with a chocolate and peanut butter frosted rim rolled in M&Ms, topped with pretzel rods, peanut butter cups, and caramel and chocolate sauce. This is available while supplies last.

Hocus Pocus 2 is this week’s feature at Movie Nights at Downtown Disney Presented by M&M’S! Catch it on October 22 at 7 PM at the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage & Lawn.

Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes and Sailing Ship Columbia will both be closed from October 20th to the 23rd. Make sure you stay up to date on all of the current and upcoming Disneyland ride closures and Disneyland October closures.

This week, there will be a “Girls Crew – Jewellry Trunk Show” at a couple of different locations. From October 24 to 25, 2025, the trunk show will be at Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On October 26, 2025, it will be at The D-Lander Shop in Downtown Disney, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Magic Key holders can save up to 40% on Select Halloween Merchandise for a limited time at select Disneyland locations, including Elias & Co. and World of Disney. This offer is available only while supplies last and is for in-store purchases only. Magic Key discounts will also apply! Much of the Halloween merchandise is now on sale as the Disneyland Resort prepares for its holiday transformation.

Oogie Boogie Bash will close Disney California Adventure early at 6 pm on Tuesday, October 21, Thursday, October 23, and Sunday, October 26.
