Through Walt Disney World's Mobile Order, you can place orders to counter-service restaurants and select a pickup time via the My Disney Experience app. This service is a great way to save time, especially at the most popular restaurants with long ordering lines. Walt Disney World Mobile Order

Walt Disney World mobile ordering is available at most quick-service restaurants across the parks. Through the My Disney Experience app, you can select a return time for pickup and pay in advance for your food. When it comes time to pick up your meal, you will go straight to a mobile ordering pickup window and skip the ordering line. This tool is especially valuable during the most crowded times of year at Walt Disney World.

You can place your mobile order from anywhere through the My Disney Experience app. To do so, you can either search the name of the restaurant you'd like to order from and select “Begin Order” or tap the “☰” (three lines in the bottom right-hand corner) and select “Mobile Food Orders.” This page will show you the next available pickup time for each location.

From there, you'll select your desired restaurant, and this will take you to a page with the menu items. You can select the items you'd like to add to your cart and choose any modifications/customizations if they are available. Then you'll press “+Add” and tap the cart in the top right-hand corner to check out. You'll input your payment information, or you have the option to add a Disney Gift Card or Disney Rewards Redemption Card for payment.

If you need to adjust your plans, you can modify your pickup time without penalty. Your payment method will not be charged until you tap “I'm Here, Prepare My Order.” Once you arrive at the location, you'll notify the restaurant that you're there by pressing this button, and your food will be freshly prepared. The app will notify you when your food is ready and tell you which window to go to for pickup.
