One of the best Disney World bars has announced that it will be permanently closing this year. This fun dueling pianos bar has been a popular nightlife location and a beloved spot on Disney World property for almost thirty years.
This bar is one of the key entertainment offerings at Disney's BoardWalk, the promenade of dining and entertainment near EPCOT and Hollywood Studios that is also home to one of our favorite resorts, Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Despite the bar's popularity, there have been ongoing rumors of its closure over the years that have now been confirmed.

In a post on Instagram, Jellyrolls announced that the location on Disney's BoardWalk would be closing: “After nearly thirty years on Disney’s BoardWalk, Jellyrolls is making a move! Come celebrate with us into the spring season and keep your eyes on our social media for exciting new updates!”
Jellyrolls has been a part of Disney's BoardWalk since it first opened in 1996, offering a 21+ atmosphere with dueling pianos and audience sing-alongs, with a menu of fun cocktails. In our guide to the best Disney BoardWalk restaurants, we call out why we love this location: “What makes Jellyrolls so special is the fun that the pianists bring to the stage as they battle it out every night playing everything from the most obscure tunes to Disney classics to today’s hits!” Further adding to the wow factor of this experience is that the songs played aren't planned out by the pianists in advance, as they are all requested by guests.
UPDATE February 15, 2025 – The official closing night for Jellyrolls at Disney World is April 19, 2025. That will be the final night of operation. They will be hosting a final celebration closing party. More details on a potential additional location below. This news was first reported by Allears.net.
According to Scott Gustin on X, Jellyrolls may reopen, but he confirmed that this would not be on Walt Disney World Resort property.
No exact closing date for Jellyrolls has been announced yet, but the post shared that the bar will be open “into the spring season.” The calendar of hours on the Disney World website Jellyrolls page is visible through April 4, 2025 at the time of writing (the far end of the visibility for the calendar), and it is showing that it is open through that time, though this is of course subject to change.
