There are seven off-site hotels within walking distance of Disney Springs that provide quality accommodations for your Walt Disney World vacation. These seven hotels, known as Disney Springs hotels, offer Disney World perks for a lower price.
Disney Springs Hotels extend the possibility of saving some valuable vacation money on accommodations. Nevertheless, these hotels only offer some advantages that guests staying at an official Walt Disney World hotel receive. We’ve ranked these seven hotels based on amenities, food options, and more.

Disney Springs Resort Area
The Disney Springs shopping, dining, and entertainment area of Walt Disney World offers plenty of ways to entertain oneself. Disney Springs offers some of the best dining at Walt Disney World Resort.

The Disney Springs complex takes up about 120 acres of property along the eastern side of Walt Disney World Resort. That is almost the size of one of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Disney Springs offers plenty to see and many areas to walk around. This property first opened back in 1975 and includes four sections: Marketplace, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side. Buses and water taxis provide transportation between Disney Springs and other Walt Disney World Resort areas.

Since most of the Disney Springs hotels belong to major hotel chains, you can use points to pay for your Disney hotel stay. If you commonly stay at Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, Holiday Inn (IHG), or Drury Inn Hotels, you could use your reward points to stay at one of the Disney Springs area hotels.
The B Resort is part of a chain of hotels. However, that hotel chain is smaller and more boutique, so much more challenging to use rewards there. Still, the rumor of the B Resort & Spa near Disney Springs being purchased by a larger hotel chain like Radisson continues to float around.
Despite that, these seven hotels sometimes can offer more promotions than Disney-owned hotels. These include birthday ones, Florida resident discounts, teachers, and other seasonal offers. But the most common reason we see guests use these hotels is to redeem points! Let’s get into our ranking of these Disney Springs hotels.
7. Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs Area

One of the smaller hotels in the Disney Springs area is the Holiday Inn Orlando, featuring only 323 rooms. However, the Holiday Inn Orlando is the only Holiday Inn and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) hotel in the Walt Disney World Resort. It is also ranked in the top 3% of hotels in the Orlando area according to TripAdvisor.
Guests have an option to book King, Queen, or King with Bunk Bed Rooms. Guests rooms are going to feature a TV, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Mini-fridge.
A great benefit at the Holiday Inn is the kid’s pricing. Kids 18 and under stay for free in the same room as their parents. Up to two kids 11 and under can eat for free per adult ordering from the main menu in any on-site restaurant. This is a great way that you are going to be able to save some of the money to put towards your food and souvenirs in the Disney Parks!
For dining, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served 7 days a week. There are also a ton of grab and go options located beside the restaurant in case you need something quick on the way to or from the theme parks.
For fun in the sun, on your days off from the theme parks of course, enjoy time in the zero entry on-site pool, take a swim in the lap lane, relax in the whirlpool, work out in the 24 fitness center, or play some games in the 24 hour game room.
The on-site business center is open 24 hours a day and includes a printer and copier for your convenience. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi to guests.
To keep things clean, daily housekeeping and 24 hour on-site guest self-service laundry services are available.
IHG Rewards Program
Like the Hilton Hotels on this list the Holiday Inn is part of the IHG One Rewards Program. Guests can earn points for reward nights, access member rates and offers, request late check-out, and more.
While this hotel is on the cheaper end of the hotels in the Disney Springs area, the resort amenities, look, and offerings don’t make it feel like it is any different than any other hotel in the Orlando area. The two largest perks of staying here are the free kids meals and the rewards programs. Again, this resort is a great option if you are looking to keep to a very small, strict, budget, but amenities and room updates are not going to be as enticing as many of the other hotels on this list.
6. B Resort and Spa
B Resort & Spa functions as a boutique hotel experience. The hotel mixes a touch of modern sophistication with some fun environments. The hotel offers a bright, clean-looking interior and exterior to fit the more luxurious images.
The room costs around $115, for starting price. Still, remember the resort fee and the parking fee to be added to that figure when calculating your vacation budget.
The rooms possess many extra touches, like floor-to-ceiling windows in many rooms. These rooms offer beautiful views of the area’s lakes, Disney Springs, and the fireworks at EPCOT. Some of the suites include bedrooms separate from the main area. All the rooms provide more space than a typical hotel room. Of course, the Signature Blissful Bed cap these rooms off. Also, Keurig coffee makers are in each room.
B Resort & Spa remains the only Disney Springs hotel not a part of any major hotel chain. Nevertheless, we find this hotel offers a better overall look and stylish appearance than the other Disney Springs options.
The dining options stand up well here. The pool bar provides typical light meals and bar food. The “Pick-Up” quick service counter serves various food, such as sandwiches and Joffrey’s Coffee.
The American Kitchen Bar and Grill provides excellent table service dining for less than you will pay at the Walt Disney World table service restaurants. With Certified Angus Beef and a wonderful selection of options at the bar, this table service environment elevates this hotel.
Overall, B Resort and Spa is a nicer resort in the Disney Springs area that has many of the same amenities as a Disney owned property. The two major downsides are the nightly resort fee and the nightly parking fee. These two fees should be factored into the total price when thinking about booking this resort.
This hotel ranks number 6 on our list because it just doesn’t feel as family and kid friendly as many of the other resorts. When visiting Disney World, many guests are visiting with their families and want something less upscale and more relaxed and family oriented. The B Resort and Spa is a great option for an adult only trip or shorter stays where kids don’t have to fill entire days at the resort. This resort also is not part of any rewards programs, unlike the rest on our list, so you won’t see a lot of savings when staying here compared to the other Disney Springs hotels or sometimes even Disney-owned resorts.
5. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando- Disney Springs Area

The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Hotel area. As the smallest hotel in the Disney Springs area, guests can book one of the 229 suites in either a one bedroom or two bedroom option.
The suites have a private bedroom plus a separate living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and a wet bar. Guests are also able to use the in room mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two 32” HD TVs with Pay-Per-View and gaming, electronic safes, Wi-Fi, and hard wire Internet. Some guest suites even feature a patio.
The DoubleTree Suites features fantastic guest amenities for those break days from the park. Guests can dine at one of the three dining locations on the hotel property (including the daily breakfast buffet) or order room service.
For entertainment, guests of the DoubleTree Suites can swim in the heated swimming pool and whirlpool, splash pad fountain for kids, the kids playground, or the lighted tennis courts.
The resort features a complimentary business center for all of your work needs. If you need to get in your normal workout, the complementary fitness center is available for guests as well. Coin Laundry, valet laundry service, ATM, and a convenience store are available to guests as well.
A great benefit of staying at this Disney Springs area hotel is the Budget Car Rental desk on site, which can save you time renting a car when you arrive in Orlando, as long as you can get to the hotel.
One additional benefit of booking the DoubleTree Suites is the Golf discounts on greens fees and rental equipment for play on all 4 Walt Disney World Golf® championship courses.
Hilton Honors Membership
One reason that guests may look to stay at the DoubleTree Suites is due to the hotel being a part of the Hilton Honors Membership. Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
This hotel ranks at number 5 on our list. There are a few reasons to land it in this spot but for one it is the farthest Hilton from Disney Springs and the theme parks on the list. Of course it is not across a highway far, but it doesn’t offer the same kind of views the other Hilton Resorts offer. Another thing about this resort is it only features suites. Suites are great for larger families or longer stays, but not everyone wants to pay for the square footage if they aren’t going to be in the room to use it. This can be a positive for some families (the space!!) or a negative for smaller families/ couples that are visiting. We also don’t think the resort fee covers a lot if you are not traveling with kids or if you don’t plan to eat with your kids at the hotel restaurants often.
4. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace

The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is an awesome hotel within walking distance to Disney Springs. Featuring over 1,000 rooms, there are plenty of spaces for guests to stay! Guests can even snag a panoramic view of Disney Springs or the EPCOT fireworks.
The 1,011 rooms are comprised of standard guest rooms, tower suites, and island suites. The Island Suites are closer to the Disney Springs area and offer more privacy while the Tower Guest Rooms and Suites are closer to the hotel amenities.
While guests are visiting Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, they can enjoy a plethora of amenities.
For water fun, guests can either choose to relax by the pool, float away in the lazy river, or have a splashing good time at the playful Splash Pad. If you choose the relaxing option, poolside cabanas are available to rent and feature Covered awning with ceiling fan and retractable curtains, Day bed and plush lounge chairs, Mini-fridge, flat screen TV and safe, and a fruit platter on arrival. This creates the ultimate relaxing day at the resort.
To keep up with your normal fitness routine, visit the 24 hour fitness center featuring state of the art equipment.
Family friendly fun can be had at the 24 hour arcade!
For eating options, the hotel has four different restaurants/ bars and Citrus 28, a gourmet market and cafe. Citrus 28 is open from 6am to midnight, so it is a great place to grab something to eat before or after your Walt Disney World park days. For the times where you just don’t want to leave your room, in room food delivery is available for breakfast and dinner.
The hotel provides access to a full-service FedEx office. Guests are able to pack, ship, copy, and print. There is also a business center for guests who need to sneak in a little work time.
When booking at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, guests can choose from 4 Walt Disney World courses and enjoy 50% off on equipment rental (savings of up to $25 per player, per round) and more!
Hilton Honors Membership
Guests who are Disney Annual Passholders, AAA members, Florida Residents, or AARP members can book with discounted rates.
One reason that guests may look to stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is due to the hotel being a part of the Hilton Honors Membership. Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
Like the previous Hilton hotel on our list, we think that the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is a great option for anyone coming to visit Disney. With many of the same amenities, as it is a Hilton, it was hard to decide which one would be ranked 3 and which ranked 4 on the list. We love that this hotel has the lazy river and great views of the fireworks, but the nightly rates tend to run slightly more than the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. We also think this hotel would be great for an adult trip if you can take the time out of your Disney vacation to spend time by the pool in one of the specialty cabanas.
3. Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is the closest hotel you can book to Disney Springs. With a Skybridge that connects the two, guests who stay at this hotel can access dining and entertainment options within minutes.
The hotel features 814 guest rooms and suites. Standard guest rooms can be booked as a queen or king and 1 or two bedroom suites are available. Some of the rooms and suites can be specially selected to provide a gorgeous view of Disney Springs. The modern rooms feature ample storage, HDTV, mini-refrigerator, work stations, adjustable thermostat and more depending on which room you choose at booking.
One feature that sets these rooms apart is the ability to book a Pure Wellness room. A PURE® Wellness room has undergone a patented 7-step purification process. The in-room filter removes up to 99.99% of pollutants and allergens, exceeding HEPA standards. Mattress and pillow covers are treated to reduce allergens, resist molds, spores, and dust mites.
When staying at this Disney area hotel guests can partake in many hotel activities. There are two heated pools and a splash pad perfect for kids. The arcade on the lobby floor allows guests of all ages to participate in some friendly competition. Those interested in fitness and self care can have a quick work out in the gym and then relax in the whirlpool spa.
A great benefit for golf enthusiasts is the 50% off on equipment rental, (savings of up to $25 per player, per round) and more at one of the four golf courses on Disney property.
There are 6 total on-property dining options for guests enjoying their stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. One amazing option that provides good food as well as entertainment is the Benihana Steakhouse and Sushi where the chefs perform and cook in front of you according to a 1,000 year old Japanese recipe. A breakfast buffet, lounge, poolside bar and cafe, and a grab and go market are also available so that anyone in your traveling party can find something to eat! In-room dining services are also available for some of those later nights at the Disney parks when you just are ravenous before bed.
Hilton Honors Membership
One reason that guests may look to stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is due to the hotel being a part of the Hilton Honors Membership. Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
This hotel ranks number three on our list because it has amazing amenities for families, including the allergen friendly rooms for families who may want that little bit of extra protection when traveling. We love how many dining options are available and the fact that there are two heated pools for guests to enjoy. With the Hilton Honors program, guests can also save the more they stay. This is a fantastic option to be close to Disney Springs for a decently priced resort.
2. Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando
The Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is the newest Disney Springs Area hotel to open. With 604 newly built rooms, there are tons of in-room conveniences. Each room includes free Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, safe, and a hairdryer. Room types available include queen, king, and suites. Guests can even book a room that has a theme park view.
When your stomach is rumbling, the Drury Plaza Hotel offers free hot breakfast every morning from 6:00 – 10:00 AM. In the evenings, guests can join in for the 5:30 Kickback. From 5:30-7:30 PM each night, guests are served hot food and cold beverages including beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks. The menu rotates nightly, so there is always something new to eat. There are 3 other hotel restaurants to choose from for dining options as well as a Pizza Hut Express open late (midnight!) for those late park nights
For guest amenities around the hotel, guests can visit the saltwater pool, splashpad, or whirlpool for water options or the 24 hour Level Up Arcade for some game time fun. The athletically inclined have access to the free 24 hour fitness center and business focused guests can visit the 24 hour business center. You can see our full review of the Walt Disney World Drury Plaza hotel here.
Guests who enjoy golfing at one of the 4 Walt Disney World Resort championship golf courses will receive golf discounts on greens fees and rental equipment for play.
Drury Rewards Program
The Drury Disney Springs Location is just one of the Drury hotels in the US; therefore, it has its own rewards system. Guests who stay at one of the Drury owned hotels can earn points. Points can then be redeemed for future stays, airline miles, retail and restaurant gift cards and more. Guests can start to feel the rewards with their first stay by receiving exclusive member rates at Drury Hotels as well. So no matter if this is your first stay or your 5th stay, you can guarantee you will feel the savings quickly.
Between the free meals (included in the nightly price of course), the hotel amenities, the ability to bring along your furry friends, and the savings, this newer hotel in the Disney Springs area has a lot to offer guests who want to be near Disney without staying at a Disney owned hotel.
1. Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort Complex

Our top spot for Disney Springs Area hotels goes to the Wyndham Resort Complex.
Wyndham Resorts features two hotels right next to each other called the resort complex. The resort complex is made up of Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista. Guests will book these two resorts separately, but the resorts share hotel amenities.
The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista hotel features 232 lake-house themed guest rooms in a 19 story tower. Guests can choose from two double beds or a king sized bed room. There are also rooms that guarantee a great view of the Disney theme park areas. Each room features a 55” flat screen HDTV, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and an in-room safe, alarm clock with USB charger, and Wi-Fi.
These family-friendly resorts feature great activities for those days off from the theme park. There are two pools with interactive water features, a large hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and a game room.
This hotel features three dine-in restaurants, a Joffrey’s Coffee shop, and Sundial Cafe for on the go snacks. While the other dining locations feature limited hours, the Sundial Cafe is open 24 hours a day.
Other amenities for guests include a 24 hour fitness center and a 24 hour business center. One additional bonus is the Advantage rental car desk located in the lobby in case you decide that you need a car and didn’t rent one at the airport.
Wyndham Rewards Program
For guests who travel often, Wyndham has a rewards program. Guests can earn 10 points per dollar, or 1,000 points, whichever is more on every stay. Guests can then redeem these points for discounts or even free stays. No matter if you are visiting this hotel at Disney World each year or traveling around the United States, the rewards program can help guests to save even more money when booking here.
Because of the diversity of room options, dining availability, non- Disney Park amenities, and the rewards program offered at the Wyndham Hotel Resort Complex, we think this is one of the better hotels in the Disney Springs area to book.
