This service will utilize dark airport-type shuttles, running fairly regular routes in the morning, on demand, then at night. You can see what the shuttles look like, with the hotel logos on the side, in the photo above.
We confirmed the shuttle system pricing and cadence with the hotels participating. The Anaheim Marriott confirmed that the service will have a $6 day pass, roughly matching ATN.
The operation schedule for the shuttles is as follows:
- 7-10 a.m.: every 30 minutes
- 10 a.m.-8 p.m.: every hour
- 8 p.m.-30 minutes after parks close: every 30 minutes
So far, there have been no issues with traffic or rideshare backup on Harbor Boulevard today with the launch of the new service.
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), a public transport system, is also still running in Anaheim.

Disney had previously confirmed that a shuttle would continue to operate from the Toy Story Parking lot following the ART shuttle shutdown. We now have information that the new shuttle buses running from Toy Story are from the same operator as the cast member shuttles. Guests who park at Toy Story Parking Lot will continue to have transportation to and from the Disneyland Resort.
