Disney Vacation Club Introduces Limited Time Discounts for New Buyers

In honor of Disney Vacation Club’s 35th anniversary, Disney has announced some limited time savings for new members. DVC membership is a purchase of a deeded ownership interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort and is perfect for fans who prefer high end resorts.

DVC 35th Anniversary New Member Savings

Disney has just announced limited-time savings and perks for new Disney Vacation Club members. For starters, new members can save up to $9,500 on their membership. They can save an additional $1,000 when purchasing at least 200 Vacation Points at select DVC resorts. These savings are only available up to seven days after a virtual or in-person tour of the DVC resort until April 27, 2026.

Here are the participating resorts and their specific savings: 

The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort – Vacation Points cost $243 each

• Save $25 per 150 – 199 purchased Vacation Points, Total savings of $3,750 – $4,975
• Save $34 per 200 – 249 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $7,800 – $9,466
• Save $38 per 250 – 299 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $10,500 – $12,362
• Save $41 per 300 – 499 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $13,300 – $21,459

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel – Vacation Points cost $248 each

• Save $18 per 150 – 199 purchased Vacation Points, Total savings of $2,700 – $3,582
• Save $24 per 200 – 249 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $5,800 – $6,976

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows – Vacation Points cost $243 each

• Save $6 per 150 – 199 purchased Vacation Points, Total savings of $900 – $1,194
• Save $8 per 200 – 249 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $2,600 – $2,992
• Save $12 per 250 – 299 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $4,000 – $4,588
• Save $14 per 300 – 499 purchased Vacation Points and the additional anniversary $1,000, Total savings of $5,200 – $7,986

US Military personnel and eligible Disney Cast Members can save an additional $2,250 on DVC membership when purchasing 150 Vacation Points until April 27, 2026.

It is important to note that the savings amount is off the purchase price and is not applicable to any portion of the 10% minimum down payment. Other offers or discounts cannot be used with the 35th anniversary savings.

• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, Jambo House – rooms starting at 7 points per night
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, Kidani Village – rooms starting at 7 points per night
• Disney’s BoardWalk Villas – rooms starting at 9 points per night
• Disney’s Beach Club Villas – rooms starting at 14 points per night
• The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort – rooms starting at 16 points per night
• Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort – rooms starting at 9 points per night
• Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – rooms starting at 13 points per night
• Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – rooms starting at 13 points per night
• The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness – rooms starting at 15 points per night
• Disney’s Old Key West Resort – rooms starting at 9 points per night
• Disney’s Riviera Resort – rooms starting at 10 points per night
• Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort – rooms starting at 13 points per night
• Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows – rooms starting at 12 points per night
• The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel – rooms starting around 17 points per night
• The Villas at Disneyland Hotel – rooms starting at 10 points per night

Becoming a DVC member creates timeshares at the aforementioned resorts that members can book using their DVC Vacation Points. Members choose a home resort where they can book up to 11 months prior to their stay. Booking at a non-home resort is only open 7 months prior to the stay.
