Fan Fest Nights is returning for the second time at Universal Studios Hollywood for a celebration of “the exhilarating world of fandom through immersive and interactive in-world experiences.” Fan Fest Nights invites guests to step into a mix of immersive worlds that spotlight popular fandoms, featuring character meet and greets, cosplay, photo ops, and specially themed food, drinks, and merchandise.

Universal Studios Hollywood Fan Fest Nights Tickets

The second Fan Fest Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood will start at 7:30 p.m. and will run for 12 nights: April 23-25; May 1-3, 7-9, and 14-16, 2026. Tickets are currently available for purchase, and guests have a few different options to select from. Universal Studios Pass Members have access to discounted general admission tickets for select dates of Fan Fest Nights.
Fan Fest Nights general admission tickets start at $74 and do not include daytime admission to the park or early access to the event. Universal Express tickets start at $144 and include one-time express access to each of the attractions and experiences at Fan Fest Nights. The Universal Express Unlimited ticket starts at $174 and includes unlimited express access to all Fan Fest Nights attractions and experiences. Guests can also purchase a 2-night general admission ticket starting at $129 per person.

The after 2 p.m. day/night ticket option includes general admission to the park starting at 2 p.m. and general admission to Fan Fest Nights on the same evening. This option starts at $114 and includes early access to some of the events’ experiences starting at 6 p.m. The after 2 p.m. day/night Universal Express ticket offers the same perks as the general after 2 p.m. ticket previously mentioned, along with one-time express access to each of the Fan Fest Nights attractions and experiences. This ticket starts at $204 per person. Guest can also choose to add on an early access ticket with their separate purchase of a general admission ticket for early access to select Fan Fest Nights experiences starting at 6 p.m.
The Ultimate Fandom Pass offers general admission for “all event nights of Universal Fan Fest Nights (based on your selected first visit date during purchase).” There are no blockout dates on your return visits. This pass starts at $249 per person and will expire on May 16, 2026, the last Fan Fest Night.
Universal is offering a VIP Tour during Fan Fest Nights starting at $350 per person. This option includes a “shared, expertly guided walking tour of the in-world experiences, rides, and attractions, as well as a gourmet dinner (alcoholic beverages excluded) in the private VIP dining room and complimentary valet parking.” The tour ticket also comes with unlimited express access to the events’ experiences and attractions, as well as VIP trolley transportation to select in-world experiences. Guests can also add a VIP Tour to an already purchased general admission ticket, starting at $271.
New Scooby-Doo and the Universal Monsters Immersive Mystery Comes to Fan Fest Nights
A brand new, immersive walk-through is coming to Universal Studios Hollywood’s Fan Fest Nights. Guests will take a Studio Tour tram to a movie studio backlot that has become the set of Mystery Incorporated’s newest adventure. All members of the Scooby-gang will be around looking for clues and interacting with guests at some of the original filming locations of Universal’s Frankenstein (1931) and The Wolf Man (1941). You might even be able to help the team solve their latest mystery involving some Universal Monsters icons like Frankenstein, Dracula, Bride of Frankenstein, and the Wolf Man.
Fan Fest Nights Brings New Walk-through Experience to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
In a brand new, walk-through experience during Fan Fest Nights, guests will venture into the Forbidden Forest to find a lost Hippogriff. Guests will be joined by a Hogwarts professor as they encounter different magical creatures from the world of Harry Potter. There will be plenty of opportunities for guests to try their hand at some spell-casting to complete the tasks needed to find the Hippogriff.
“Colorful Yoshi Celebration” Comes to Fan Fest Nights at Super Nintendo World
While exploring Super Nintendo World during Fan Fest Nights, guests will have the opportunity to encounter some new, colorful Yoshis. The Mushroom Land will be transformed into a vibrant celebration, all in honorof these new, colorful characters.
One Piece: Grand Pirate Show Debuts at Fan Fest Nights
In One Piece’s typical fashion, Luffy and other fan-favorite characters will be coming to Fan Fest Nights in an action-packed, chaotic, and comedic performance at the WaterWorld show venue. Guests can expect to be immersed in the world of One Piece through an experience of “friendship, freedom and mayhem.”
Dungeons & Dragons Returns to Fan Fest Nights with “Secrets of Waterdeep” Experience
The popular Dungeons & Dragons immersive experience will return to the second annual Fan Fest Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood with some new updates. Guests will be able to explore the world of D&D and “join the Harpers—a heroic spy network—to foil a plot by the legendary beholder Xanathar and save the city of Waterdeep.”
Attractions Available at Fan Fest Nights
There are eight attractions that will also be operational during Fan Fest Nights this year. Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff, Jurassic World—The Ride, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, TRANSFORMERS: The Ride—3D, Revenge of the Mummy: The Ride, and The Simpsons Ride will be available for guests to enjoy.
