Disney just introduced a helpful feature to the Disney World and Disneyland apps that makes picking up your food much easier. The process for this was previously a little clunky, so this is a very positive change to see!
Mobile ordering is a great way to save time at the parks and something we always recommend doing so that you can avoid the long ordering lines and more effectively plan your day. We frequently utilize mobile ordering during our Disney visits and have already tested out this new feature today.

There is now a new feature on iOS devices that lets you view your mobile order status without having to open the app. Other apps that we like including United Airlines and Instacart already use this feature, so this is great to see it added to the Disneyland and Disney World apps.
The feature started rolling out today at select Disneyland and Disney World locations that offer mobile ordering. We have already tested it out today and it works really well!
The process to see your mobile order status was previously a little clunky and you had to click through several screens to access it. It was easy to sometimes lose track of your orders due to this. As you can see below, this new change allows you to tap “I'm Here” from Live Activities which is convenient.
