At this year's 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, there are some returning favorites like the popular Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces at Uncork California as well as some interesting new items and spins on favorites from previous years. These are the new items that stood out to us! The food photos seen below are from Disney's release of the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival offerings.
The first new standout item we're interested Sloppy Joe Slider featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with cheese from California Craft Brews! This is a good idea for a vegetarian item that's just a spin on a classic food. This can be seen in the upper right of the photo below.
One of the things that I love about this festival is the variety of non-alcoholic drinks that are offered. We love a good mocktail! One that caught my eye was the California Punch from California Craft Brews, which is made with Mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice, garnished with a mango chile lollipop. The lollipop is a nice touch that adds some fun and variety! This drink is shown in the lower left of the photo below.
At Cluck-A-Doodle Moo, the Açai Passion Tea-ki Cocktail looks like a standout drink. We appreciate the fun cocktail idea here with combining tea and rum! This can be seen to the right of the photo below.
The Grilled Top Sirloin from Garlic Kissed has been a popular item in recent years, and this year's food guide introduces a new spin on this favorite. This year, the marketplace has a Sirloin Gruyére Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri and garlic butter crunch. The mac and cheese dishes are always popular at these festivals, so it makes sense that they would try out mac here in place of the smashed potatoes to see how it is received. I'm personally hoping this can fill the void of the popular Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese from D-Lish not being offered this year. This can be seen to the left of the photo below.
From Golden Dreams, the Musubi Fried Rice seems like a promising new item that stands out as unique from the other offerings. This is Aulani Resort-inspired steamed rice with egg, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo, and furikake. This is personally the dish I'll probably gravitate towards first! You can see it to the left of the photo below.
From LA Style, there is another spin on a favorite with the new Western BBQ Burger Bao. The Cheeseburger Bao last year was a huge hit and the top item we highlighted in our Disney California Food & Wine Festival review. Now, it is returning with a twist as the Western BBQ Burger Bao with sweet barbecue sauce, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and crispy onions. We anticipate this one will be super popular! You can see it in the center of the photo below.
All of the items at the new Mercado de Antojos marketplace booth look very promising. The first of the new items at this marketplace is the Birria Mac & Cheese with onion-cilantro sauce and tortilla crunch. Disneyland has had a lot of success with its birria dishes across the resort, so it stands to reason that this new offering will be popular. You can see it at the top left of the photo below.
Another new item here is the Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake (café de olla-infused tres leches topped with piloncillo chantilly, cinnamon, and a Mickey-shaped cookie). The Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake is visually fun but also looks like one of the most unique dessert items at the festival! You can see it at the top right of the photo below.
And the Raspberry Horchata (raspberry, almond and cinnamon syrups, rice pudding, milk, and condensed milk garnished with skewered raspberries) is another new item at Mercado de Antojos. Given the popularity of the Strawberry Horchata at Cocina Cucamonga, we expect this will also be a hit. You can see it at the bottom left of the photo below. It looks so good!

For churro lovers, there are a few fun flavors to enjoy during the festival, but one that looks extra delicious is the Crème Brûlée Churro from Terran Treats with pastry cream, strawberry coulis, and crushed brûléed sugar. This looks like it will be heavenly and a great flavor variation for a churro. The strawberry coulis is also a nice touch. You can see it at the top left of the photo below.
We also wanted to call out some of the bolder items on this list that we're excited to try. The Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail from Peppers Cali-Ente is made with bourbon, pickle juice, lime juice, and sweet and sour, garnished with Tajín Chile Lime Sauce, Tajín, and a pickle spear. We were kind of unsure about the pickle drink at the new Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree and ended up loving it, so we expect that the sourness of the pickle will complement the other flavors well. You can see it at the top left of the photo below. The pickle is really the star of the show!
Another bold item that caught our eye is the SoCal Corn Dog from Corn Dog Castle rolled in fries and topped with tomato and pickle relish, American cheese, and house dressing. This looks too interesting not to try! You can see it to the left of the photo below. I'm very curious about this one!
