Opening Date For New Sit-Down Disneyland Restaurant With Legendary Breakfast

The Paradise Pier Hotel has been undergoing a transformation into Pixar Pier Hotel, introducing Pixar-inspired decor, reimagined guest rooms, a new Finding Nemo-themed splash pad and pool area, and new dining locations. One of the most highly anticipated additions is the Great Maple restaurant, which will be opening soon at the Pixar Place Hotel.

The flagship restaurant will be located on the first floor and offer “upscale comfort food with a twist,” featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Guests will be able to enjoy any option from the menu, whether it's breakfast or dinner, at any time of day.

It was previously announced that the Great Maple would open in November, but we now have an official opening date. Great Maple at Pixar Place Hotel Opening Date

The Great Maple shared on its Instagram that it will be opening at the Pixar Place Hotel on November 15. Walk-ins will be welcome starting that day, and reservations will be available starting November 21. Disney previously shared that the two other locations operated by the Great Maple will open a few weeks after the flagship eatery opens. More details on these are shared below!

Great Maple at Pixar Place Hotel Offerings

When the Great Maple opens, it will offer dishes made from scratch daily, with options like Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon, Market Fish, a variety of inspired salads, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts. The full menu for the location is now available on Disneyland's website.

The Great Maple will also have a full bar offering beer, wine, and cocktails. The new dining location's craft cocktails will include options like a signature take on the old fashioned with bacon-washed bourbon or the blood orange margarita with a spicy salt rim.

Additional Great Maple Operated Locations at Pixar Place Hotel

In addition to the ground floor flagship eatery, the Great Maple will also be operating additional locations at the Pixar Place Hotel.

The Sketch Pad cafe will be a grab-and-go coffee shop in the lobby, serving assorted pastries and a selection of coffee and tea. A new menu called Small Bytes will also be opening at the rooftop pool bar, offering salads, wraps, assorted cheese plates, signature beverages, and more.
