Tons of New Foods Coming to Disneyland Very Soon

The Disneyland restaurants frequently rotate their menu offerings to provide new and interesting food options for visitors! Sometimes, these changes are limited-time offerings in celebration of special events and celebrations, and other times, they are general new items introduced to the menus. Disneyland just announced a ton of new menu items (many of them desserts) that are coming soon to both parks.

Below, we will share all of the new treats and foods Disneyland announced and where to find them. There are several different styles of desserts introduced in this new batch of food items, so there is something for everyone!

NEW Desserts at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

All of the desserts you see below will be available starting next Wednesday, April 30. There are new foods at several locations across the two parks, including some of our top Mickey Visit Disneyland restaurants. Take a look at the photos and descriptions below…

The S’mores Butter Cake Sundae is a chocolate butter cake topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallow at Red Rose Taverne.

The new Matcha Float contains DOLE Whip Strawberry and Mango swirl topped with white chocolate drizzle and toasted coconut at The Tropical Hideaway. This looks like a pretty delicious flavor combination, and we expect it to be popular!

The Neapolitan Macaron is a chocolate macaron with vanilla bean buttercream and strawberry sauce at Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream. Disneyland always does a nice jobs with their macarons, and this one looks pretty interesting.

A Raspberry Shake topped with whipped cream is coming to Smokejumpers Grill! We love the seasonal milkshakes here and consider them to be one of the best foods at Disneyland. The previous Raspberry Cheesecake shake was a huge hit, so we’re looking forward to seeing how this one is.

The Chocolate Gooey Brownie Cake is a chocolate brownie molten cake, Chantilly cream, caramel, and chocolate sauce garnished with chocolate rice crisp at Plaza Inn.

There is also a new Tiramisu Parfait at Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta. This looks like an interesting concept, so we’re curious to see how it is!

There is also another new parfait coming to Paradise Garden Grill. The Mango Strawberry Chile-Lime Parfait contains mango mousse, vanilla cake, mango passion fruit compote, and strawberry chamoy chile-lime gelée.

The new Butter Biscuit Cookie is a butter cookie with raspberry jam and white chocolate at Market House.

The new Cookie Croissant is a flat croissant coated in sugar at Maurice’s Treats.

The new Coconut Cheesecake is a coconut cheesecake rolled in toasted coconut with coconut whipped cream, white chocolate pearls, and a Mickey decoration at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. This popular location just recently reopened after an extended refurbishment with some returning favorites and new items.

There are also a couple more new items coming to Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe! One is the new Chocolate Cake, which is a chocolate cake with frosting.

The other is a Lemon-Raspberry Tiramisu, which contains lemon tiramisu cream with layers of raspberry-soaked ladyfingers, lemon curd, and fresh raspberries finished with dried raspberry and chocolate decoration.

The Mickey Mint Cookie Shake is a mint cookies and cream shake with whipped topping, sprinkles, crème-filled chocolate cookies, and red sugar rim at Schmoozies! The milkshakes here are always visually so fun, and we expect this flavor to be popular.

The new Matterhorn Puff is filled with cheesecake, lemon curd, and fresh blueberries topped with white chocolate and snow sugar at Edelweiss Snacks. This looks like the same fun concept as the popular Matterhorn Macaron at Jolly Holiday, except in a different dessert format.

There are also the new Pineapple-flavored Mickey-shaped Beignets, dusted with pineapple powdered sugar, at Mint Julep Bar. The seasonal beignet flavors are always lots of fun to try!

There are also some new menu items at restaurants that were previously announced, debuting on April 30 as well. There are three new items coming to Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante!

The Shrimp Ceviche contains shrimp, aguachile marinade, salsa macha, and guacatillo with tostadas.

The Fresas con Crema contains strawberries with sweet cream and cheesecake bites.

And the Iced Cafe de Olla is cold brew, horchata cream, and flan custard. The Café de Olla Cold Brew was very well received at the most recent Disney Festival of Holidays, so we’re looking forward to seeing this new menu item!

At Pym Test Kitchen in Disney California Adventure, there are two new plant-based items joining the menu on April 30.

The Neutron Nachos contain blue and shrunken red corn tortilla chips, IMPOSSIBLE taco meat, seasoned black beans, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and pickled jalapeños.

The Nachos Assemble! comes with blue and shrunken red corn tortilla chips, IMPOSSIBLE taco meat, seasoned black beans, sour cream, and cheese sauce served with yogurt, a Cuties Mandarin Orange, and a small DASANI Bottled Water (Kids meal offering). This deconstructed nacho plate looks like it will be fun for kids!
