Disneyland offers rotating perks for Magic Key holders throughout the year that often coordinate with seasonal celebrations and special events. Right now, there are some limited-time offerings available to celebrate the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, including a fun scavenger hunt-type activity that unlocks a special attraction poster.
This is an especially cool prize and one that Magic Key holders have expressed a lot of excitement about. However, there is a staggered timeline of when the hunt begins and when prizes become available that Magic Key holders will want to be aware of if they are planning on participating in the activity. Disneyland Magic Key Soarin’ Over California Prize
In celebration of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, there are a handful of special perks available to Magic Key holders right now. The festival runs from March 6 to April 27, 2026, and you can see all the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2026 foods and our review of this year’s best and worst foods here.

Some of the seasonal perks Magic Key holders can enjoy include a discount for the Sip and Savor Pass and exclusive merch, but the highlight of the celebration is the Magic Key Disney California Adventure Map Activity. Magic Key holders will pick up a specially designed Disney California Adventure Map and set out on a scavenger hunt for attractions, hidden gems, and more that celebrate the 25th anniversary of the park.
The map and activity are now live, while supplies last. You can pick the map up during regular operating hours at Kingswell Shop.
However, the Soarin’ poster prize is not yet available. This will be available in three weeks for a short window of time.
Magic Key holders who complete the quest will receive a free collectible opening day Soarin’ Over California attraction poster. This Soarin’ Over California attraction poster is specially printed for Magic Key Holders. The Paint the Night poster they made last year was a fantastic perk for Magic Key holders, and we can already tell this Soarin’ poster will be in high demand, given the popularity of the original ride.

You can pick up the poster from April 7 through April 17, 2026, outside Soarin’ Over California, underneath the watch tower.
Here are the pickup times:
- Weekdays (Monday through Friday) 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
This year, Soarin’ Over California has a longer-than-usual run. It’s normally only available throughout the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, but this year, it’s running for longer, leading up to the new Soarin’ Across America debuting this summer. Soarin’ Over California is available from now through July 1, 2026. After this run, Soarin’ Across America will debut on July 2 in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.
