Magic Key Event and Paint the Night Poster
From May 27 to June 2, 2025, Magic Key holders will have the opportunity to participate in a special Magic Key 70th Celebration event at the Hyperion Theater Courtyard at Disney California Adventure. The event will include themed photo ops and a special photo booth with complimentary prints, as well as a souvenir Paint the Night parade poster, available while supplies last. During the above dates, events will take place from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Check out the amazing Paint the Night poster below! The poster captures the essence of the parade in a super fun design, highlighting the iconic floats and characters. This poster was designed by artist Hayden Evans, who has also done great work for Universal and Disneyland, like the mid-century modern Disneyland hotel designs during the holidays!
To participate in this event, Magic Key holders will need to join a virtual queue in the Disneyland app. This queue will open at 7:00 AM, and Magic Key holders with a Disney California Adventure or Disneyland Park reservation will have the opportunity to join for that day. To join the virtual queue, you’ll press the “More” button (three horizontal lines) at the bottom of the screen in the app, then select “Virtual Queues” and join.
