New Bar and Restaurant Opening Soon at Disneyland Hotel – See Menu & Details

Disney just announced that a new bar and restaurant at the Villas at Disneyland Hotel will open to the public shortly. This outdoor dining space will feature modern decor that is inspired by the legendary artistry of Mary Blair along with a full menu of delicious new food and drink offerings.

This new Disneyland Hotel bar is making its debut shortly after the recent opening of the Villas at Disneyland Hotel, the newest Disney Vacation Club Resort. We were among the first to stay inside the new Discovery Tower, and you can see our photo tour to get a glimpse of the themed rooms, new pool area, and more.

New Disneyland Hotel Bar Details

The new bar opening at the Villas at Disneyland Hotel will be called the Palm Breeze Bar. In addition to the decor inspired by Mary Blair, Disney shared that guests will also be surrounded by artwork inspired by classic Walt Disney Animation Studios films and Disneyland Park.

You can see a glimpse of the concept artwork that Disney previously shared on the construction wall of the bar, which looks like a lovely outdoor space with colorful patterns, flowers, and inviting Disney touches. Notice Tomorrowland, the monorail, Disneyland Castle, and Star Wars scene in the mural along the back wall.

When Will the New Disneyland Hotel Bar Open to Guests?

The new Disneyland Hotel Palm Breeze Bar will open on November 2, 2023. When the bar opens to the public, you can enjoy the selection of foods and drinks listed below.

New Disneyland Hotel Bar Foods

Disney also shared a look at the new foods you can look forward to enjoying at the Palm Breeze Bar. You can read about all of the menu items with photos below:

Shareables:

• Coctel de Mariscos: Fresh market fish, gulf shrimp, snow crab claw, and avocado
• Ahi Tuna Tataki: Aji Amarillo ponzu, persillade, and crispy wonton
• Avocado & Lime Hummus Dip: Crudite vegetables, espelette, and crispy pita
• Cheese Fry Poutine: Demi-glace, cheese sauce, chive sour cream, and pimento
• Cocktail Chicken Wings: Bourbon barbeque glaze, chile aïoli

Salads:

• Heirloom Beet Salad: Roasted and marinated beets, baby kale, Persian cucumber, whipped Stracciatella mozzarella, candied walnut, and herb vinaigrette
• Southwest Salad: Little gem lettuce, avocado, black beans, charred corn, heirloom tomato, cheddar and Jack cheeses, and cilantro dressing (Also available with grilled chicken breast, salmon filet, or grilled prime flat iron steak)

Sandwiches:

• Jumbo Lump Crab Roll: Tarragon and lemon aïoli and fresh dill on a brioche bun served with potato chips
• Palm Breeze Burger: Sun-dried tomato and basil pesto, burrata, and arugula served with french fries
• Spicy Crisp Chicken Sandwich: Zesty slaw, spicy aïoli, and bread and butter pickles served with french fries

Artisan Personal Pizzas:

• Charcuterie Pizza: Artisan-cured prosciutto, pepperoni, sausage, and sun-dried tomato
• Four Cheese California Pizza: Mozzarella, cheddar, and Jack cheeses with chevre, marinated tomato, and fresh basil
• Garden Pizza: Plant-based cheese, Romesco sauce, soy chorizo, cilantro-mint chimichurri, shaved asparagus, crimini mushroom, and sun-dried tomato (Plant-based)

Kid’s Menu:
