Look INSIDE Disneyland’s New Haunted Mansion Shop, Plus Opening Period Released

The Haunted Mansion construction that has been occurring throughout the year is finally coming to a close as the attraction has revealed its expanded queue experience and standby queue opening info. Alongside this announcement, Disney also shared news about the new Haunted Mansion retail shop that has been in progress!

The new shop will be inspired by Madame Leota as the carriage house of the mansion. We have been tracking the construction progress of this detail shop in our park updates, and the exterior is coming along nicely.

Disney has now revealed an expected opening period for this new Haunted Mansion shop, a name, and a first look inside! Keep reading for more details.

This new retail shop will be named “Madame Leota’s Somewhere Beyond.” In the shop, you'll be able to find gifts themed to the Haunted Mansion and The Nightmare Before Christmas, like apparel, accessories, home decor, and more.

According to Disney, this carriage house used to store the carriage that appears in the mansion's front yard, and it was also home to the head caretaker at one point before Madame Leota came to live here. See the new concept artwork that was revealed for the interior below!

The shop is filled with details like “a crystal ball, feinting couch and the original parlor chandelier that Leota used in séances at the mansion.” Madame Leota lent her furniture to be showcased alongside the merchandise when the carriage house turned into a shop, and she comes and goes in this space.

The new Haunted Mansion retail shop is expected to open this winter.
