Disneyland’s Daily Halloween Scavenger Hunt Returns Soon to Theme Parks and Downtown Disney

Halloween at Disneyland is one of the most popular times of year at the resort, with countless fun offerings to enjoy. In addition to the major offerings like the Halloween Screams fireworks, ride overlays, and fun food offerings, there is also a fun activity inspired by the season that you can enjoy. The Halloween celebration officially kicks off on August 22 this year, but this offering will start a week later.

A special Halloween-themed scavenger hunt will take you on an adventure to find various pumpkins and get a special prize. The special scavenger hunt offering, called Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit, will be offered daily for a limited time! Keep reading for more details about the Halloween-themed scavenger hunt at Disneyland.

Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit Disneyland

Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit invites guests to participate in a fun scavenger hunt to find various hand-painted pumpkins across Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. These decorative pumpkins are all inspired by Disney characters. Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit runs from August 29th until October 31, 2025, or while supplies last.

You can purchase a map and stickers for $11.99, then you'll embark on your quest to find all of the pumpkins, marking them with the corresponding stickers on your map. Whether you find all of your pumpkins or not, you can still redeem your map for a prize.
