Kids Summer Discount Promotion Updated at Disney Springs
The Cool KIDS’ SUMMER offering at Disney World includes many exclusive experiences across the property. There are shows, like the brand new Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station in Animal Kingdom, and character meet-and-greets in the parks for guests, as well as discounts on park tickets and hotel rooms during the busy summer months. The last day to take advantage of this promotion is September 8.

There are also offerings at Disney Springs, and one in particular has been updated recently. When this offer was first announced, a child’s ticket to Cirque du Soleil was free. That has since changed.
A child’s ticket to Cirque du Soleil will now be $25 per ticket. You can only get this deal with the purchase of an adult ticket, which starts at $69. Even though this is a part of Disney’s Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, all tickets still need to be purchased from Cirque du Soleil. These $25 tickets are available for shows from May 27 to September 20, and all tickets must be purchased by September 6.

Drawn to Life is the first collaboration on a show between Disney and Cirque du Soleil, and focuses on the process of animation and watching the characters come to life. The Disney Springs website describes it as “a love letter to the art of Disney animation” combined with the acrobatics that Cirque du Soleil is known for.
Performances are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday, with one at 5:30 PM and the other at 8:00 PM. There are also Sunday showings at 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
While kids’ tickets for Cirque du Soleil are still cheaper than an adult ticket, this change from free to $25 could be disappointing to guests who wanted to save a little more money to attend this show. Luckily, the Cool KIDS’ SUMMER has plenty of other ways to save, and plenty of other special experiences to enjoy!
