Disney Springs Announces Return of Popular Cocktail Classes

Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs is a hub of fun activities to partake in for all ages. You can check out some live music, take a ride on the Aerophile balloon, or bowl a few rounds at Splitsville Luxury Lanes. And those are just a few options!

Cocktail Classes Return to Disney Springs

An experience for guests 21 years or older is returning to Disney Springs next month. Starting March 14, 2026, The Edison restaurant, located in The Landing area, will be starting its annual Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes series. This experience will be offered by ticket purchase only on select Saturdays until mid-June. Each class will start at 1 p.m.

March 14: The Emerald Isles
Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we’re going beyond green beer to explore the approachable smoothness of Irish whiskey.

April 25: Polynesian Pop! Sold Out
A history of tiki cocktail culture and the Polynesian pop movement, complete with a tasting of delicious tropical cocktails.

May 9: Gin vs. Vodka Core Cocktail
Part of our core cocktail series, it’s a battle of the bars featuring the great martini debate. Learn the techniques to shake (or stir) your perfect version.

May 23: Frozen
Beat the heat and cool off with sweet treats this spring and summer. These elevated frozen cocktails are a far cry from your average slushy.

June 6: Infusions Sold Out
Learn how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create your own naturally flavored spirits, plus the best ways to showcase your custom infusions in seasonal cocktails.

June 20: Globetrotter
Take your tastebuds on a trip around the world to discover unique, regional spirits that define drinking cultures across the globe.

More Upcoming Events and Experiences at The Edison

The Edison also offers a monthly mixology series. This dining experience involves a three-course dinner paired with three specialty cocktails created by a mixologist.

Here are the details for the March offering via The Edison’s event page:

  • Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Raise a glass and join us for Irish-inspired evening of elevated flavors, thoughtful technique, and a lineup of cocktails crafted to complement each dish.

The 5:30 p.m. option is now sold out, and the 8 p.m. option is selling fast. Tickets cost $102 and can be bought here.

Looking ahead, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at noon, The Edison will host its annual Whiskey & Wonder tasting event. General admission to this event is $94.80 or $106.80 for early entry admission at 11:30 a.m. There are also available add-ons and upgrades. Tickets and more information can be found here.
