Disney Experiences and AccuWeather partnered to create Disney Weather Check, a new feature for real-time weather forecasts and location-specific alerts for Disney theme parks and resorts in the United States. Guests use Disney Weather Check within the AccuWeather app.

- Geo-Fenced Experiences within Disney properties, aligned with Disney employee alerts, warnings, and advisories used to initiate safety protocols
- Custom hourly forecasts
- AccuWeather MinuteCast with a hyperlocal forecast of precipitation type, intensity, and start and end times, pinpointed to the user’s exact GPS location
- UV Index down to the tenths of a unit

Disney Weather Check is now available in the AccuWeather app, which can be downloaded on Apple and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play, respectively.
New Experiences for Summer at Disney World and Disneyland
As travelers use the Disney Weather Check app to stay up to date on the forecast, new attractions and experiences await their arrival at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
Disney World just debuted 13 changes across all four theme parks, many of them connected with Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, a season geared toward families with young children.
Disneyland will roll out 12 new offerings this summer, including a new way to visit Walt Disney’s private apartment.
