Best Secret HACK to Beat the Long Dole Whip Lines at Magic Kingdom!

Dole Whips are one of the most popular snack items at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. If there is one iconic snack you need to get on your trip, it's the iconic Dole Whip.

You can find Dole Whips at a variety of locations in Walt Disney World with the most common location being Aloha Isle in Adventureland. This Dole Whip location is right next to the Enchanted Tiki Room making for a perfect combination.

But in the summer, lines can get SO long for Dole Whips especially on the hottest days. This is my HACK for still getting my Dole Whip fix while avoiding standing in a long line in the sun.

Where to Find Dole Whips in Magic Kingdom

Dole Whip

The most common location in Magic Kingdom to find Dole Whips is Aloha Isle in Adventureland. This is the nearest location to the Enchanted Tiki Room which is why it is so popular.

You can find floats here along with regular soft serve Dole Whips. This location also does NOT offer mobile order and on an extremely hot summer afternoon you may find yourself waiting in a long, long line to get a Dole Whip. This area also will offer limited seating when crowded which creates a pretty chaotic situation on hot, busy days.

This leads me to my best hack when we want a Dole Whip! If we see that long line at Aloha Isle, we turn right around and walk the other way!

Skip Aloha Isle!

While Aloha Isle has the most classic Dole Whip options like the pineapple soft serve, just a few steps away is Sunshine Tree Terrace which offers a similar menu PLUS mobile order options.

You can find Dole Whip soft serve at Sunshine Tree Terrace in orange, vanilla, and strawberry. There is also the option of regular chocolate and vanilla soft serve.

My favorite option at Sunshine Tree Terrace is the I Lava You Float which is Fanta Strawberry Soda, Passion Fruit flavor with Dole Whip Orange and popping candy! There is also a large variety of other floats you can get with Dole Whip soft serve, basically any kind of soda combination with the Dole Whip flavors.

Skip the Lines with Mobile Order

Not only is Sunshine Tree Terrace overlooked as an option for Dole Whips, this stand right across from Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse also offers mobile ordering.

There are hidden little alcoves right next to the stand (this is often where you see Jasmine and Aladdin greeting guests) with shade and seating. Grab one of these hidden spots to get out of the sun and place a mobile order for your Dole Whip.

This hack completely eliminates the wait for a Dole Whip while also giving you a great place in the shade to relax while you enjoy your treat. No one likes to deal with the chaos near Aloha Isle on a hot, hot Magic Kingdom day and this is always our go to secret when we want Dole Whips but don't feel like waiting in a long line.
