With Disneyland’s recent price increases, many readers are wondering how to make their trips more affordable. While costs have gone up for Disneyland tickets, Magic Key annual passes, parking, and Lightning Lane, there are still plenty of ways to save.
By planning your visit carefully and choosing dates with lower prices, you can enjoy Disneyland without spending too much. Disneyland just announced its lowest-priced days to visit in 2026, and these will be some of the best times for a budget-friendly trip with lower crowds.

Disneyland 2026 Cheapest Days to Visit
Disneyland uses demand-based tiered pricing for its 1-day ticket types. The tickets are priced based on the day of your visit and prices start at $104 for Tier 0 and go up to $224 for Tier 6, the highest priced 1-day ticket. For one day tickets, you can always save money from our travel partner. See info on discount Disneyland tickets here.
During Disneyland's recent price increase, the lowest tier of 1-day tickets, Tier 0, remained unchanged at $104 per ticket and has not been raised since 2019. This is the cheapest day to go to Disneyland and often might also coincide with a low crowd level day. When Disneyland raised its prices, Disneyland Public Relations confirmed to us at Mickey Visit that from January to April 2026, there are 24 Tier 0 days.
The ticket calendar for Disneyland only goes out through April 15, 2026, but that's enough to start tracking which dates are Tier 0 days into spring 2026.

The 2026 Tier 0 ticket dates released are the lowest-priced one-day tickets that cost only $104 per ticket:
- January 6 to 8
- January 12 to 15
- January 20 to 22
- January 26 to 27
- February 3 to 5
- February 10 to 12
- February 24 to 26
- March 3 to 5
These will be the cheapest dates to visit Disneyland from January 2026 to April 15, 2026. A Tier 0 might also end up being an extremely low crowd level, as many of these dates are often priced low because Disney doesn't anticipate high crowds. But keep in mind, that's no guarantee because the draw of these cheap tickets might also end up creating crowds! You can read our Disneyland crowd calendar to help you decide which dates are the best for avoiding crowds.
We also looked at Tier 1 ticket dates from January 2026 to April 15, 2026, which cost $129 per day:
- January 5
- January 28 to 29
- February 23
- March 2
- March 10 to 12
- March 16 to 19
- March 24 to 25
- April 14
This will be the second-cheapest ticket option. For Tier 3 tickets, the price jumps to $169 per ticket. The pattern for Tier 0 ticket types is fairly predictable, with most of these most affordable dates happening in mid to late January, weekdays in February, early to mid May, weekdays in September, and weekdays in early November. Most commonly, we see the Tier 0 ticket types falling on a Tuesday through Thursday.
If you want to save the most money on a Disneyland trip, visiting during a Tier 0 ticket day is the best way to do it. These times of the year are also typically around a low travel time when other costs might be cheaper as well, such as hotels or airfare.
We don't yet know the lowest Tier 0 and Tier 1 ticket dates for the second half of 2026. These will be released later.
