Disneyland’s Popular Bluey Show Will Not Perform Some Days. See Updated Schedule

Bluey’s Best Day Ever! is a live entertainment offering at the outdoor Fantasyland Theatre at Disneyland Park. Geared toward young kids, the show invites the audience to dance to favorite Bluey songs and play familiar games from the popular preschool TV series. Guests can also purchase Bluey-themed food at the nearby Troubadour Tavern.

Effective September 8, 2026, Bluey’s Best Day Ever! does not have daily performances. For now, the show is temporarily only performed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Starting September 28, the show will add Monday performances. Starting October 1, the show will add Thursday performances. Going forward after that, the show will be performed Thursdays through Mondays, with no performances on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Disneyland previously shared that Bluey’s Best Day Ever! will continue for the foreseeable future, including during the holiday season. This displaces Holiday Fun With Santa & Friends!, which utilized Fantasyland Theatre the past few Christmases. For 2026, Santa Claus will greet guests in a new character spot inside the former trolley barn in Mickey’s Toontown.

The selective closures for Bluey’s Best Day Ever! follow a typical pattern for many Disneyland live entertainment productions. The park is known to reduce its fireworks spectaculars to projections only, with no pyro, on many weekdays. The park’s nighttime character lagoon show, Fantasmic!, also only performs on select nights.

On the East Coast, Bluey’s Wild World opened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World earlier this year.
